Couple things. 6 blocks have been taken over in Seattle. I don't see this ending well. Also this video is just another in a long list of videos that just blow my mind.

JFC. That's a pretty big group of bad apples, amirite? At least 6 cops that should be fired immediately.
I have completely stopped any news source in my life.....all these stupid asswhipes and coronavirus. Checked out for the summer.
Lol live from the CHAZ in Seattle, find a black person and give them $10! Thank goodness for the participation trophy generation. The mayor is acting like nothing is wrong while the chief of police said there are rapes and other violence being reported but they “can’t” enter to do anything about it.

I truly don’t get it. I mean, they have to be having a meeting before their shifts start every day where the captain or whoever tells them that they are going to be on video their entire shift during these protests right? How stupid are these guys? Blows my mind.
I wonder how differently protests would go if there were little to no police presence? Would the bad protesters just act worse? At least you wouldn’t be risking cops overreacting to something.

Yes, they would be awful. They don’t know what they’re protesting anymore, just destruction. Look at England, they’re protesting nothing, still rioting and beating people, and their cops don’t carry guns.
Black cop in that video came to work ready to crack some skulls!

Looting was extremely bad where there weren't enough police. With fewer police, it would be even worse.
CNN was just reporting that the riots in Atlanta were peaceful tonight when a couple of the peaceful rioters took the CNN camera and broke it. Oh the irony.

Yeah. Also, Wendy's didn't shoot the guy.
But what else could Atlanta have done? That's the quickest response I've ever seen to suspend the cops, the chief resigned, and they released video.
Curious what everyone thinks of the Rayshard Brooks situation?

It's almost more shocking than George Floyd. Granted, he was intoxicated and resisting arrest, but they shot him in the back for taking their expelled tazer.
Seems to me like he's probably as grossly negligent as Chauvin. I'm sure the cop will claim he instinctively saw the tazer as a gun, but I don't really see a justified use of lethal force here. Should have had a visual the whole time and knew the guy hadn't pulled a gun.

Right, the peaceful ones that burnt down the fucking Wendy’s. Are there no laws anymore? Franchise owner didn’t want to defend his business either?

The taser hadn’t been expelled. He stole the taser, beat the cops, ran, and then turned to shoot the taser at the cops, so not in the back. Play stupid games...

Deadly force should be an absolute last resort. Not used on the drunk guy running away from the cops. FFS i'd rather they just let the drunk idiot run away. The guys car is there, they must have his information. Arrest the dude at his house the next day or some shit. It's sad that "play stupid games" has become the go to saying when someone fucking DIES doing something like this.
Atlanta cops didnt let them keep I75 shut down long.....they went right in and removed them.

I think if I took a taser off a cop, I would get ventilated.
A quick walk thru the CHAZ.

Maybe you missed the whole video. He was literally beating the F out of the police, stole their taser, and while running turned to shot them with the taser.
This country needs Jesus.

I saw the whole video. I thought they already tased him, but maybe he took it from the other cop who hadn't discharged it.
In either case, a taser is a non-lethal weapon and I don't believe lethal force was justified there. Call for more backup and that situation could have been resolved without shooting the guy. Cop should absolutely be charged with murder.
