Correct, they would halt the importation of all tomatoes from Mexico until it could be determined that all tomatoes were safe to enter the U.S., or at a minimum, that those entering the U.S. were safe.

    Take care.
    Right because tomatoes are people.

Also, if Trump has his way, the FDA will be defunded and so will the EPA so we won't have to worry about that scenario anymore. The free market will tell us where to buy tomatoes because no one will buy Mexican tomatoes after a few people die!

I'm inferring a bit from previous threads in assuming that you're a religious person and that's why it strikes me as so odd that the inadequacy of this 'tomato' analogy is lost on you. God's directions are pretty clear on this issue. I am not trying to call you out I'm asking for some help understanding. I cannot mentally get myself around how so many people who claim the title "Christian" are also supporting this approach.

    Leviticus 19:33-34New International Version (NIV)

Don't call them Christians. Bigot is more appropriate. Or in Trump's world, fascist is now appropriate.

The eight-year-old daughter of a radical preacher was among a large group of civilians reportedly killed during a US dawn raid in Yemen, the first military operation overseen by Donald Trump.

Around 30 people, including 10 women and children, are thought to have been killed by American military personnel in the rural Yakla district of al-Bayda in the south of the country, according to medical staff.
You can add War Criminal to Donald Trump's list. This is our President; Hail Trump!

Proud to live among many foreigners, so long as they are law-abiding.

Proud to have a president who is upholding his constitutional duties.

Waiting for some people to start thinking with their brain as opposed to their heart; or just start thinking, period.

He couldn't add countries without oversight. The countries he "banned" people from already had a law on the books from Obama for those 7 countries. Keep up. Also, other than the stupid people at airports thing, nothing he is doing is different from other administration. Where were you crying when Obama took Cuban's automatic refugee status away or banned people from Iraq for 6 months?

I may have been to Starbucks about 5 times ............. overrated for starters .......certainly not going again.

The CEO is just a money-grubber who will say whatever his customer base wants to hear.

That's fine. Boycott a company that has also pledged to hire 10,000 veterans and active duty spouses. By all means.

I normally stay out of this forum because it's so pointless trying to debate over the internet where people generally show a lack of respect for other people so how is anyone going to respect each others opinions. But I just came in here to se what kind of discourse is accompanying these events in our country.
You still suck, but I agree with this.

That is so far from the truth. Do some flippin research before you start spouting off.

Starbucks is named one of the world’s most ethical companies, while Howard Schultz is honored as one of the "world’s greatest leaders" and earns a top-10 spot on an employee-rated survey of executives.
In three separate announcements today, the Ethisphere Institute, Fortune and Glassdoor recognized Starbucks and Schultz - the company's chairman, president and ceo.
For the eighth year in a row, Starbucks is one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies,” according to the Ethisphere Institute.

You called out their CEO as being a profiteer, i showed up evidence to the contrary, you say it's besides the point. Classic, should have just admitted you fail. Looking forward to seeing your illogical double down though!

Hell, why does it bother you at all?

He is a profiteer. He is being paid millions in cash, and tens of millions in options, which is generally fine. Of course the left loves to bash such profiteers, except when they are liberals, like this guy, so no bashing here, just lots of love because he writes what the majority of his customer base wants to hear.
