You've already admitted that you believe most blacks just want a handout in life. Can't have a much lower opinion about an entire race of people but what do I know? I'm sure you'll get shy now as this is normally how these things go but I encourage you to fight that urge as this is an anonymous forum and we can say whatever we want. I could be a tranny living in a trailer in Mansfield but here I'm free to express myself here without the judgment of others bearing consequences in my real life. Let it out, bro.
I already said perception is reality. Nice try tough.

I am well aware there are also plenty of blacks out there who work hard and earn what they deserve.

LOL. My infraction meme got removed? That's racist!

I have nothing against black people but their reputation is they want handouts. Perception is reality. If a black guy is a candidate for a job I am hiring, I am not going to think "oh he is black, he wants a hand out." I am going to think "this man has a resume with his education and qualifications listed. He has worked to get to this point."

The bold part of the first quote makes me doubt the second quote. You think black people have a reputation for wanting hand outs and perception is reality BUT you would only judge two candidates on their resume?

so you say...but many times the qualifications will be equal or very close. also by many of your coments you sound like you have some underlying bitterness or anomocity or at minimum a lack of understanding of/towards black people

Yes, if a man is applying for a job, he obviously wasn't looking for handouts. I am not a racist, it would be stricly a business decision. There are plenty of white people out there looking for handouts too. You can see through a person if he/she is looking for a handout no matter what their race is.

Then you go by the interview.

ernest_t_bass;1396397 wrote:How would this scenario go? Would the reaction be the same in both?

    1) White guy interviews black guy. "I like him. A lot. Other white guy I interviewed is more qualified, but something tells me this black dude is a keeper. I'll hire him."

    2) White guy interviews white guy. "I like him. A lot. Other black guy I interviewed is more qualified, but something tells me this white dude is a keeper. I'll hire him."
Still don't have an answer to this.

What Perceptions of black people are you basing your opinion on that the "reality" is that most black people want handouts? Where are you perceiving this multitude of people with black skin wanting handouts that makes you think this is reality? How did you form the opinion that "Most black people want handouts"?

What would make the other guy a keeper if he's not qualified?

If you don't live under a rock, you should know the answer to these questions.

    Compare these two sentences.

Most black people want handouts (Said without solicitation)

Plenty of white people want handouts too (Said after provocation)

Do you think "Wanting a Handout" is a Bad Thing? That is to say, might you hold a person in a negative light if you knew for sure that they "wanted a handout"?

again you cant judge all black people by whatever backwater town you live in or the few you have met in person. the same can be said for any race..there are millions more whites on public aid than blacks albiet not percentage wise. what is their excuse?

I'm not sure how I could justifiably come to the opinion that most black people...not merely a preponderance of black people but somewhere less than but approaching 100% of black people...want a hand out. So, I am genuinely curious as to what you're basing this opinion on.

Youtube videos? Large amounts of experience with black people with diverse backgrounds?

you guys are probably the same guys who have tried to use the there is a difference between a black person and a ninja...that one is my favorite.

but it does remind me of a funny story. the other night while at the casino playing poker me and my buddy who is real dark and from alliance went outside he was smoking i just tagged along to get outside for a minute. where im from im pretty used to here and there white boys who are from certain areas use the word ninja in reference to themselves and black guys. he on the other hand doesnt roll like that.

so this white guy is outside with a large lightning bolt tattoo on his face comes up to my dude and is like "what up my ninja?" my friends jaw dropped lol. he was like man that aint cool, the guy proceeded to tell about his life on the hilltop with him and all his ninjas..i was cracking up
  • Rotinaj
I've never hear of calling black guys ninjas. I'm guessing the only people who do it are guys with lightning bolts on their faces though lol.

obviously i am censoring the word so i dont get bant

It absolutely does. One of the common arguments for affirmative action is that blacks are behind because of slavery; when in reality if it weren't for slavery many of them would be dead in Africa somewhere. Of course, slavery is wrong, but don't act like it was all white people capturing and selling black people or that blacks didn't benefit from it. Trying to right the wrongs of the past by continuing "reverse racism" is a failed strategy. They've done studies that basically state most of the new generation is racist DIRECTLY because of affirmative action and other pro-minority policies. White people think that minorities and women are inferior because they NEED quotas to be competitive and they only accomplish things because of the color of their skin or their sexual organs. Time for minorities to grow up and embrace reality rather than be hand held their whole life and wonder why they can't get any respect.

Now you are just grasping for straws.
