  No, I am saying if they take a second to look at the facts, they have it much better than they think they do, but they continue to bitch, because most black people expect things to be handed to them. Racism goes on both ends. I walked into a black bar in DC accidentally once, and they "suggested" I should go somewhere else. It is just funny to me when white males complain about their situation, it is not warranted, because over 200 years ago we brought in black people as slaves. I didn't realize I was alive during that time.

  Actually the problem lies in a lot of minorities exist in inner city communities which have some of the worst schools in the country. They aren't being educated properly when they are young and have parents that are pure trash. How do you solve this problem? Cut the welfare net and force parents to be responsible for their kids. If they cannot take care of their kids, try them for negligence and take their children away. You'll fix the problem overnight.

  Dawg your problem is any time you speak in absolutes about a group you cant win. does it happen at times sure, but to lump all minorities in together it sounds ignorant. there are plenty of minorities who have overcome outragous situations to be successful. there are good and bad in all types of people. and sometimes people are discriminated against, my old roomate worked at a place where if a resume came in that they thought was any type of minority especially asian they threw it in the trash..

  I highly doubt your story is true. Most companies are falling head over heels for minorities; especially women minorities.
