  Dude, even in the 90's less than half of America thought interracial marriage was ok. It's getting better but the fact is there are black people alive who remember when they weren't even good enough to drink the white man's water in this country. They had to listen to the leaders of their country talk about solutions to "The negro problem" a century after the Civil War. People such as yourself still think blacks by and large just want a handout from t3h wh1tes who want to work but have their jobs given to undeserving minorities. LoL

  You are basically making his point for him...a person doesnt have to be a racist necessarily to discriminate in hiring practices..there are many differnt words, and reasons they make up to justify it. you just have to be biased which we all are to some point. based upon your comments and some others on here i wonder how unbiased you would be if you were in a position to hire. especially if you think that its possible that "most black people want things handed to them"

  Now you are just trying to put words in my mouth. Keep grasping for straws though. Also, the interracial marriage goes on both ends. Plenty of black people who don't agree with blacks marrying whites. Keep crying racism though!

  How would this scenario go? Would the reaction be the same in both?

  If I was in the position to hire a black or white person, I would go with who was more qualified. It is not that difficult. I have nothing against black people but their reputation is they want handouts. Perception is reality. If a black guy is a candidate for a job I am hiring, I am not going to think "oh he is black, he wants a hand out." I am going to think "this man has a resume with his education and qualifications listed. He has worked to get to this point."

  The follow up question has no bearing on why you assumed you thought he was talking about a poor and unintelligent black person because it did not exist yet. You came to that assumption on your own accord.
  
  You've already admitted that you believe most blacks just want a handout in life. Can't have a much lower opinion about an entire race of people but what do I know?
