meh ive always felt like i was the best candidate for any job i recievedernest_t_bass;1396297 wrote:Oh, for ****s sake. Stop with hypotheticals and all of the different scenarios. I'm only asking about the possibility. Do you feel guilty (like white people are supposed to), if you get a job, and there is a possibility that you are not the best candidate, and there is a possibility that there was a superior white male candidate, to offer more to the company, using ANY of the scenarios you used? -

Did you not read what zwick said? He was implying that. LOLFAIL. Also I said if it was based on benefits of my race, I would pick the black equivalent of myself.BoatShoes;1396287 wrote:This post is pretty amazing. First you assume that a "poor and unintelligent" minority was implied when no one iterated that all...which is probably pretty revealing. Then, you suggest that you wouldn't switch races over an appeal to "black culture" even when you claim to know that you would achieve a better life and/or standard of living (which is absurd) and when there's plenty of blacks who have assimilated into "white culture". But, if you really believe this and you wouldn't it take it, it reveals that you're definitely not getting passed over because of your race...LoL
That's not the question...ZWICK 4 PREZ;1396289 wrote:I don't know..

Would he trade places with a poor and unintelligent white person? Would he trade places with the white equivalent of himself?

I wasn't implying anything. Every black person in America, educated or not, has a different set of circumstances than you, a white man.like_that;1396302 wrote:Did you not read what zwick said? Im telling it like it is. Black people bitch for no reason, period. If I don't get a job, I won't cry racism, I will just work harder to find another job. If something happens to a white person, I won't expect our white Jesse Jackson to get on TV and cry racism.queencitybuckeye;1396305 wrote:Like the one you're playing here? -
sleeperI just wish companies would stop hiring women to do jobs they clearly cannot do. I don't know what it is, but every time a woman gets into finance she fucks something up that loses the company a lot of money and still gets to keep her job. Luckily, most women burn out much quicker than men and usually end up crying their way to the unemployment line.

sleeperI'm all for ending workplace discrimination, and that starts with getting rid of protected classes. The market will fix itself; if someone wants to be racist/sexist their company will suffer because they aren't hiring the best candidates. If minorities can't find a job because no one will hire them, they can start their own company.

Yes, the problem with the minorities is that they didn't work hard enough to overcome. Racism is their fault, dammit.like_that;1396309 wrote:Im telling it like it is. Also, stfu you were implying that. What kind of different circumstances were you speaking then? Some black people are in better situations than white people, and some aren't? Go ahead just use the poor black man to cater to your argument. There are plenty of black people that are born in these "different" circumstances which is better than what white people are born into.ZWICK 4 PREZ;1396307 wrote:I wasn't implying anything. Clearly, my example has gone over your head. Once again, please reread my example of the poor and unitelligent white man. If you still can't understand it, please have you wife read and explain it to you. Thanks. -

I'm implying that you dont erase centuries of inequality over night by establishing a few civil right laws. If you think its an even playing field right now.. then lol.Raw Dawgin' it;1396312 wrote:So they're not as good? What're you implying here? Everyone has the same opportunities growing up. -

Are white people allowed to play the racism card? Minorities are just as racist as white people in the aggregate. Try going to a basketball court and not having dark skin; see how the treat you. :laugh:queencitybuckeye;1396317 wrote:Yes, the problem with the minorities is that they didn't work hard enough to overcome. It absolutely exists. Those companies in the long run will fail for not hiring the best candidates; let them burn.Gblock;1396318 wrote:so are you saying that there is no racism in america? Is there no racism in hiring in this country? it doesnt exist? -

You replied with this.Yeah they have it made lol.
If you could switch places with a black man tomorrow would you?
Fuck no you wouldn't and you know you wouldn't.
He said "If you could trade places with a black man tomorrow would you?"...Also, your questions is a fucking reach. If you are implying the black person is poor and unintelligent, then of course not. However, i can flip the same question to the black equivalent of me. Would he want to trade lives with a white person who was poor and unintelligent? I highly doubt it.
Where did he imply that this black man was poor and unintelligent?
Methinks you assumed it. -
