  I just wish companies would stop hiring women to do jobs they clearly cannot do. I don't know what it is, but every time a woman gets into finance she fucks something up that loses the company a lot of money and still gets to keep her job. Luckily, most women burn out much quicker than men and usually end up crying their way to the unemployment line.

  I'm all for ending workplace discrimination, and that starts with getting rid of protected classes. The market will fix itself; if someone wants to be racist/sexist their company will suffer because they aren't hiring the best candidates. If minorities can't find a job because no one will hire them, they can start their own company.

  Also, stfu you were implying that. What kind of different circumstances were you speaking then? Some black people are in better situations than white people, and some aren't? Go ahead just use the poor black man to cater to your argument. There are plenty of black people that are born in these "different" circumstances which is better than what white people are born into.
