  I'd assume you could. It's just a DLC add-on. Once downloaded, it should just be apart of the game.

  I bought Dawnguard a while back, and it's pretty slick. But Hearthfire is pretty damn sweet. I just built the greatest house ever and have eight mannequins for all of my armor. It's like I'm showing off, to myself, in a video game. ....
