The NFL season is officially underway.
The Chiefs look very good. Do you think they repeat?

Their offense scores in bunches. I was hoping between them Baltimore one would just look miserable and miss the playoffs. But I don’t think it’s going to be KC.
Skip Bayless made some insensitive comments about Dak making it known publicly he was going through issues with depression. Skip sucks and maybe Fox didn’t sign off on this. But he could stop being such a tool if networks did’t hire him for that role.

Did I read that Dak’s brother committed suicide?
I hope Bayless gets canned
Week 1 and CBS only has the 1:00 and a Fox has the 1:00 and 4:25 and CBS not showing Bengals but are showing the Browns/Ravens snd people are losing their minds lol. We are in the Huntington market and get Steelers game over Bengals anyways. People can’t understand one network shows a 1:00 only and other shows a 1:00 and a 4:25.
I’d like to watch but oh well
Is there a Browns thread? Baker off to a pretty bad start. 2 tipped passes one for an interception.
Never mind don’t need a thread. They’re fucking terrible.

Yeah, I was about to bump it, but said fuck it.

I don’t know how it works. Can’t imagine the Bengals fan base has earned the benefit of the doubt just yet. Burrow being from the area maybe should’ve put them over the hump but not yet.
Browns were in fg range... then backed up to 4th and 41, punted to the 1, then Baltimore proceeded to shred the defense 99 yards. Wooo
As usual, Cleveland's version of "Professional" football is lacking.
Not buying stock in Siebert’s future lol
Prepare for Tucker splitting the uprights from 58
And Beckham comes through with a 3rd down Drop.
FG on 4th is wide.
Hey, at least Mayfield still does the stupid Progressive Insurance stadium commercials. Go Baker!
Browns are bad as the Reds
Looks like Browns may have already quit.

No preseason games is going to be tougher on the younger teams. Of course, other teams routinely "ease" into the season, too.

Jets are gonna put up another trash bag season. My Sunday's will be free for other activities, at least.

No, because it’s a CBS game, it is only allowed to go up against the FOX game if it’s the directly involved markets. So, Cincy and LA should be the only markets that get that game.
Watching the Saints / Bucs game. The fake crowd noise seems kind of corny. I guess it'd be worse with total silence, but it reminds me of a video game.
Burrow runs a 23 yd QB draw for the first score in his first game to take the lead. That will put him solidly in the plus rushing yards, so all the game winning, yard losing, kneels he will take in his career will not put him negative for career rush yardage!
