Those highlights of DK Metcalf in practice were crazy
Good games today with Dallas coming back, KC winning in overtime, New England - Seattle. Josh Allen seems legit.
Bad day for injuries, though.

Yeah, a few big names overall and SF just got decimated today. I guess that's a side effect of players not being able to slowly ween themselves back into high-intensity action with a series in one game and a couple series in another over the span of a month. Or just a really unlucky day.
Tyrod's lung was accidentally punctured by a team doctor on Sunday prior to the game. Yikes.
Still have MNF to go but reactions for week three so far:
Good: Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Green Bay still undefeated and looking strong. Buffalo too, and Josh Allen looks like the man. Patriots solid win against Las Vegas.
Bad: Atlanta keeps finding ways to blow it. Dan Quinn on the hot seat? Philadelphia had a couple of shots at winning in overtime and shot themselves in the foot with penalties each time. Bengals offensive line.
Very bad: New York, yikes. Jets worst team in football? Giants not far behind. By my count that’s two straight games without a passing TD for Daniel Jones. Bengals offensive line should probably go here, actually.
Other thoughts: Chicago 3-0 with a possible quarterback dilemma? I didn’t suspect Minnesota and Houston to be combined 0-6 so far. Pittsburgh and Cleveland both have interesting games next weekend.
Giants and Jets are good anti-picks for my "must win" pool...

Rams are also going to be tough to beat. Rams should have beaten the Bills. The pass interference call at the end of the game was so unnecessary on the Rams defender. Props to the Bills fighting till the end. I legitimately thought Dan Quinn was fired last year, and forgot he "saved" his job. You would have to assume if they don't miracrously turn it around, he won't see the end of the season.
Adam Gase is TRASH. The Johnson's are TRASH. I feel bad for any QB that is ever drafted by this slapdick franchise.

Easily the worst coach in the league. He’s so bad that I feel like I can’t even judge Darnold
I don't understand how he got the reputation as some sort of offensive guru.

It’s crazy. All because Peyton liked him as an OC.

He screwed the Jets when he stayed at UT and he screwed the Jets when he pushed for Gase to be hired. Peyton can go piss up a rope.

Maybe it's a Peter Principle thing - he was just meant to be a coordinator. It happens over and over again in coaching (and in other fields for that matter): a guy excels somewhere and it's automatically assumed he will carry that over to a promoted role. The reality is that some guys just are not cut out to be head coaches.

Because he kept his mouth shut and let Peyton do his thing. Peyton probably told him just let me do your job and you will be a HC. We all know Peyton made the calls
