Absolutely it does, and just goes to prove my point that I could post that the earth is round and you would dispute that.

COVID19 discusion.

Those with underlying conditions are more prone to die when they contract it.

How do people get many of those underlying conditions?

Unhealthy lifestyle.

How do you avoid an unhealthy lifestyle?

More exercise, healthier living.

I no, reeding comprehension is tuff.

Lol your response of a fitness guy on WLW talking about working out had nothing to do with his post of “if you die from CV, even if you had a terminal disease, you still died from CV”

Jesus you really are butthurt about my comments on leaving the apartment. Ya hate to see it.

Lol, no, I think it's funny that you like to aggressively comment on how people should post in threads. Very vballesque.

Again, the vast majority of these people would still be alive had they not contracted COVID-19. I don't know why people are struggling with this.

Do you not understand that many of the people who died had multiple conditions kill them? Say someone has cancer and contracts COVID-19 and die. I agree with you that if they didn't contract COVID-19  they would probably still be alive. But at the same time if they contract COVID-19 and don't have the cancer, they also most likely are still alive. It's MULTIPLE factors that kill them. EITHER could be listed as the cause of death. I don't know why you are struggling with this?

I remember once vball scolded me for creating like 5 threads in one day. "What're you trying to set a record for the most threads created in a day?!?!"

Thavoice has a habit of responding to a post with absolutely nothing to do with the post he responded to. I like to call this out because thavoice is a moron who gets cucked by his wife and is a bigoted douchebag.

I'm not struggling at all. You can list an underlying cause of death on a death certificate. The fact remains that these people would still be alive if it wasn't for COVID-19.

Mr. Incredible,

I think you should put a new feature on the site. Before each post can be seen by everyone it must be approved by the great and powerful sportslady, and have a quota on how many threads one can start each year.

That should make him happy.

Weirdo is the word that comes to mind. Creep at times, but mostly just a weirdo.

I cant stand listening to that Acton lady.  She sounds like she doent even know what she is talking about.

As fucking stupid as you sound on every fucking topic, you're the last person who should ever say ANYONE sounds like they don't know what they're talking about.

I'm seeing so many dumbass posts regarding that.

"IF YOU DIED IN A CAR WRECK, BUT YOU HAD COVID, THEY LIST CAUSE OF DEATH AS COVID! OMG BS!!"

I get how it would rustle some jimmies, but bottom line. If you had a prexisting condition and you got the rona, you died from it. It's not hard.

Some not so good news, my friends grandfather passed last week. From Westchester. Mid-70s, in decent health from what I was told. She wasn't able to see him at the end :/

To me, it seems that the people most likely to do the "oh they're saying ANYTHING is CV now because numbers!" shit are the social reject politards who try to spin everything to fit the "this is overblown/just the flu/media hysteria/damn liberals" agenda that basically is the only thing they have in life. To the degree that things like "science" and "medical experts" take a distant second place to "crackpot radio host" and "that blog I read".

Underlying conditions isn't some new thing that just came out of the blue this year. If you have something going on and you're dealing with it and it's not a critical problem and then you get CV and go from "dealing with it" to "dead", a person would have to be an idiot to pretend like it wasn't the CV that's the cause of death.

Vball had a fun day during the NFL season when, as a Browns fan on the Browns thread, he openly cheered for Nick Bosa and San Fran over the Browns when they played because of still being butthurt about Baker planting the Okie flag after they beat the Bucks.

It didn't go over well for some reason and, suddenly, he made a "people are getting too snooty, so I'm out" goodbye post.

Which is funny because the same people who are screaming that those with underlying health issues are dying from CV and are skewing the number of deaths, are the same ones who are screaming that “the flu kills tens of thousands of people every year so why are we freaking out about corona?!” Yet ignoring that the flu kills so many people every year because they have, yup, you guessed it—an underlying health issue.

If there's one thing I've learned about message board co-existing, it's that regardless of trolls, assholes, idiots, etc., there is NOTHING more annoying than responding with butthurt passive aggressive "hey I'm just reminding you all that this guy is mean to me just in case no one knew this" posts. Sweet, jebus, man; there's a reason why people invented the glorious Go Fuck Yourself -- so people could respond in a way that shows they're at least able to pretend they have dignity!

Do you actually know anything about how doctors and coroners determine a cause of death?  They don't sit in a room and have meaningless debates like this. There are specific standards and protocols they use and tgenn they have to certify with their professional license. They don't fudge numbers to make some sort of political statement.

The golf coach at my school...a sweet old man about 75 years old. He was released from hospital after a 6 day stay and he beat Covid-19.

I would call him a healthy 75 year old.

Add in the fact that no one has the resources to do the autopsies needed to determine (if they even could) whether the primary cause was Covid or a chronic health issue.
