PS - The political ‘journalists’ should be barred from the pressers, in favor of medical and health journalists. Then we might get real questions.

Hey, if that means we ban the politicians from the conferences in favor of just letting the medical and health experts talk, so we get real answers consistently, I'm down with that!
As a side note, S&L had the accurate depiction of yesterday, as opposed to the "Trump's cock stuffed down my throat" version you provided.
University of Cincinnati just dropped their men's soccer program. First thing people are blaming is Covid-19. Crazy that's even a consideration.
Went on a 3 day news cleanse. Got caught up this AM.
I will now continue the cleanse.
posted by Laley23We have my nieces birthday party tomorrow. We are going along with grandpa and other cousins. Staying in our own cars, parking on the side of the street and signing happy birthday to her as she walks down the sidewalk. Then driving home. OH THE HUMANITY OF A PARADE!
Go walk around Chicago for some fresh air and tell me how that’s safer...? You can’t. So shut the fuck up.
And O-Trap may have a mutant kid if staying cooped up isn’t killing his family. We have an 11mo old so it’s fine, but his cousins are 4 and 2, and they just throw tantrums all day because they can’t do anything. I don’t know how a parent of a toddler is able to survive this with their sanity.
Was it like the Health Director in Dayton who said this was against the order???
Sounds interesting for the party, something to at least get the hell out of the house and see peeps ya havent seen in awhile. Kudos for thinking outside the box. Sportslady is just mad because going outside and driving around in chicago and getting shot and killed is more likely than catching the C@

Let me help you: on one hand the media says he did not act soon enough (even though he did), and termed it racist when he did act. Then, the media said he did not follow the science, even though he did as attested to by Dr. Fauci. So yes, the media is wrong, again, as usual. And the fact that the media self identifies as 90% liberal is a real problem for this country, as well as their personal, vindictive hatred of the president.
Yesterday is irrelevant to my point. “Enemy of the people” yet you post media articles and comment “spot on”. So if they’re the enemy of the people, but you share their news, what does that make you...?
The word you’re looking for is: hypocrite.

Don't you understand? If there is one guy qualified to point out what media is unfairly biased and what media is spot on, it's the site's most biased person who is mentally incapable of looking at anything from a stance other than "if I agree, it's right; if I don't agree, IT'S A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!"
* insert usual "get in the game" conclusion in failed attempted to trick others into believing his head is anywhere near the actual game.

With an ample supply of history in your arsenal, and half a brain, one can easily discern the 90% of the media that has been wrong on nearly everything over the last 4 years.

Yet, I doubt the first question asked at today’s presser is about these cables from 2018.

Ahhh, got it. The 10% that is “good” are the articles you post. Understood now.

I don't know anything about this particular situation, but it made me think of a question I've had for a long time. Why is it so important for D1 schools to have as big an athletic department as it can afford.
Received a bit of good news from a college friend who I stay somewhat close to.

Dude, that's the state department that issued the warning. You know, some people call the state department the "Deep State" department. The Deep State conspiracy crowd has been warning us for three years to not trust anything from US intelligence nor the Deep State. So how are we to believe this?

That's good news potentially, although I'm not sure how I feel about us being most similar to FUCKING FERRETS. Like, thanks for saving my life, dude, but did you have to degrade me like that in doing so!?!?!

First, lol.
Second, having met people, it doesn't surprise me. Low attention spans. Co-dependence that nearly requires a non-solitary life. Would rather spend more time playing than working. Sleeping a lot if they're allowed.
Sounds about right.
Only 305 new cases today
In Alabama, we are told to expect our apex in the next week. If that holds, the number of hospitalizations required will not exceed available space. Since that was the driver of the social distancing and stay at home requirements, it seems that it has achieved the goal of not overwhelming the hospitals.

As a nation, we appear to have peaked because NY has. Should be a 4th straight day of decline, nationally. And if things come down like they ramped up, in 2-3 weeks we should maybe be under 2000 new cases per day nationally.

That's interesting. So it sounds like they skipped/moved quickly past the early/mid stages of human testing like I was questioning. Even my timing was spot on!
2-3 days to wipe out the virus is pretty impressive. Which I guess he says treatment, not vaccine. Fine by me, that's way better than rushing a vaccine if they can give you a powerful antiviral if you contract it.

Sometimes it's not what they can afford, sometimes it's forced by conferences to carry a certain amount OR certain sports. NCAA does force schools to carry a specific amount of sports, but they can choose what they want.
The University can afford to keep men's soccer, they just choose not to. In my opinion, this is a move that's done for another move -- Big 12?

That would be tremendous.

Yeah, it's not a vaccine, but it's a treatment for anyone who is already infected.

Deep staters don’t like to die.
Shit is getting strange out there
”Hillsboro County Florida enacted a curfew from 9 p.m. till 5 a.m. was specifically asked if people would be allowed to walk their dogs. said anybody who was out walking their dog during curfew would be ticketed and or arrested. Because walking your dog was non-essential.”
