The majority of them defend it to the tune of "I don't normally condone (insert behavior), but in this instance (insert reason why they always have the moral high ground thus this behavior is ok)."

You can pick out nutjobs from all over the political spectrum. That doesn't tell you much about the majority of our population. In fact, it is often exactly what drives us a part. Getting all pissed off about the offensiveness, hypocricy, of these types is what keeps us all distracted from the fact that we get nowhere while we are doing it. The vast majority of Americans are not extremist whackjobs.

Living in DC, I have quite a few friends who undoubtedly lean left, but are also normal (I wouldn't be friends with whack jobs). The majority of them justify this type of behavior by pretty much matching the reason(s) I just provided. I am basing most of my experiences by living in DC to be fair, but the majority of people here (whack job left or "normal" left) are ok with this behavior.

FYI, if you get your news from where Boogie does, there are articles floating around of abuse and shit happening at a detention center in Virginia, and all tweets are leaving out the fact that it was under Obama, and not Trump. All you have to do is look at the comments to realize no one reads the articles either. The problem with both voter bases is that usually the ones with the loudest opinions and the "activists" are usually the dumb as fuck ones.

I said within this same thread that whoever happens to be in charge when this stuff goes on makes no difference. I don't care if it's Obama, Trump or Fred Flintstone. I don't really read any specific news sites. My go to things each morning are ESPN, USA Today (for the crossword puzzle), Al.com (because live in Birmingham) and cleveland.com (because I lived in Cleveland for many years). Not everything has to be reconciled back to politics. There are plenty of democrats that are two faced on this and plenty of other topics. Feigning outrage at what the "radical left" and "radical right" is doing is what keeps cable news networks in business.
The socialists and marxists are deeply embedded in media, academia, law, and government. It will take monumental efforts to overcome their subversive tactics and ideology.

It would be nice to see people not use children as political footballs. Corey Booker is one of the few I've seen say this. Sad that he'd have to be considered smart and brave for simply being a rational non-politard.

A very good amount. They've got almost 4,000,000 subscribers and I think they're the longest running "show" on youtube. I watch them and other shows like them, such as the Jimmy Dore show (he's originally from TYT) just to keep up with what their thinking with each new thing and to get a better understanding of them.
There have been times that TYT has been pretty spot on, though, believe it or not. Kinda like the blind squirrel finding a nut every now and then.

Classical liberals have been saying for a few years now that Asians were to be the next targets of the SJW crowd to be outed. They were correct. This is a problem when you buy into the progressive stack. Somebody must always be placed higher and lower. Due to Asians' tenacity in succeeding (in this case, test scores), they must automatically be placed lower in the scale of victimhood, hence, they do not require as much "help" because they are seen as being able to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
