Or suck a referee's dick because my dad umpired a AAA baseball game years ago.

He needs it. Seemed to work for Dez Bryant.

Oh that's interesting, Pick6. You should start a thread about it where you and your fellow Cowboys fans can talk about it!

If that's what it takes to make sure he doesn't fuck up again then so be it. He put himself in the situation. Twice. He didn't learn after the first time, who's to say he learned from the second? If I'm the team, I've invested some time and a whole lot of money in this guy, I'm gonna do whatever I need to protect my investment. If he proves he still can't make good decisions on his own, then a babysitter it is.

How much money exactly is invested in Gordon?

Give me a couple minutes. I'm trying to find out, but Haslam put me on hold.

Something obviously needs to be done. This guy is on a bad path and is someone we NEED on the field going forward. I don't care if the moron goes to clubs, but having someone accompany him and his friends doesn't sound like a terrible idea.

Browns notable FAs/Picks/Trades under lombardi have been solid contributors in one area or another:

    Bess
    Hoyer
Lewis (looked like major contributor before injury)
    Kruger
    Mingo
    Groves
    Owens

Too early in the season to say anything yet, but far it's promising.

    Back To Even – The Browns are 2-2 for the 7th time since 1999. Here’s how those other teams fared: 4-12 (2011), 10-6 (2007), 6-10 (2005), 4-12 (2004), 9-7 (2002) and 3-13 (2000).

Well the schedule is turning out to be much easier than it first looked. Lions, Packers, Chiefs, Pats are the toughest games left and theyre all away aside from Lions. After that we have the divisional games which scare me 0 and the Jags, Bills, Bears and Jets. If they continue to play this well I don't see how they win less than 8.

Because it's cleveland. They will find a way to bring us back down to earth.

I said this prior to the season. It was with a different QB but I still said it. :)

Browns have waived Montario Hardesty and signed RB Fozzy Whitakker (played at Texas until 2011 for those unfamiliar with him)

    Question for you browns fans......

I believe trading Richardson for first rounder was good.

My question is this......do you wonder about the talent evaluators on the staff when they have Weeden starting at QB, and then Hoyer 3rd in the depth chart after watching them all summmer in OTA's and regular practices and then in the preseason? He has sparked the team, yet going into the season the powers that be had him 3rd on the dep[th chart?

Do you think they were "forced" or coerced in starting weeden? Of is this just something alont of Hoyer having the intangibles that dont truly shine until he is in real live game action?

I don't think it was talent evaluators as much as it was wanting to give Weeden as much of a chance to succeed as possible. If Hoyer moves forward as the starter, Lombardi will look like a genius and the front office will look incredibly smart dumping T-Rich while having two 1st rounders to use on playmakers, a corner or a RG.

We better not waste a 1st rounder on CB. Oline, Dline, or play making WR. I don't want to rely on Gordon going forward. This is assuming we don't go QB. #2 CB would be low on my priority list with a 1st or 2nd round pick.

Unless they have guys walk in FA why in the Hell would they use a 1st on D-Line? Assuming they don't go QB, I'd go WR, OL & CB in that order.

You have that much faith in Skrine opposite of Haden?
