The Browns had one of the easiest schedules this season, I believe.royal_k;1061625 wrote:Nice to see the Browns have the third hardest schedule next year, while the Patriots and Packers have the two easiest. WTF? -

Yup, and they had the toughest schedule the year before. They also had more wins last year too. So, there really is no excuse next year. I expect them to improve in the W column next year, and I am not talking about simply improving on this year's 4 win total.Pick6;1061677 wrote:The Browns had one of the easiest schedules this season, I believe. -

I still think they can get 7 wins out of that schedule next year. The offense CAN'T be any worse than it was this year.royal_k;1061625 wrote:Nice to see the Browns have the third hardest schedule next year, while the Patriots and Packers have the two easiest. WTF? -

You do know how rotating schedules work in the NFL...right?royal_k;1061625 wrote:Nice to see the Browns have the third hardest schedule next year, while the Patriots and Packers have the two easiest. WTF? -

Why are you surprised? Cleveland was in a division where the other three teams all made the playoffs. No other team in the NFL could say that this year, so just from those six games, they already had a substantial "lead" on the rest of the NFL as far as toughness of schedule goes.royal_k;1061625 wrote:Nice to see the Browns have the third hardest schedule next year, while the Patriots and Packers have the two easiest. Exactly. If the Browns want an easier strength of schedule, just starting beating teams in the division...problem solved.Heretic;1061762 wrote:Why are you surprised? GOONx19^ If they finish fourth in the division they play the fourth place team in the other two AFC divisions, don't they?
-
BR1986FB
Correct. Their two "swing" games this year, I believe, will be Indianapolis and either Miami or Buffalo (finished tied for last in the AFC East). May get to see RG3 vs Andrew Luck?GOONx19;1062240 wrote:^ If they finish fourth in the division they play the fourth place team in the other two AFC divisions, don't they? -

I don't doubt that (because Blackmon is considered a "safe" pick) just like I don't doubt who will be the more explosive/impact player (hint: it won't be Blackmon).derek bomar;1062864 wrote:Wanna make a bet about which WR goes first? -

Wright is out of the senior bowl. So maybe he can fall to 22. -

Nice drop in....Yeah I know how the scheduling process works in the NFL. That's why I posted what I did. If you knew how it worked, you would have got it.Skyhook79;1061752 wrote:You do know how rotating schedules work in the NFL...right? -

Best punt/kick returner the Browns have ever had, imo. So explosive.royal_k;1062966 wrote:Now there was a dude with some speed. -

Yeah, he could reach top speed in a couple steps. "Now you see him, now you don't."BR1986FB;1062969 wrote:Best punt/kick returner the Browns have ever had, imo. So explosive. -

Do you dis-like Josh Cribbs that much? :huh:BR1986FB;1062969 wrote:Best punt/kick returner the Browns have ever had, imo. So explosive. -

No, not at all. I just prefer Metcalf's shifty explosion more than Cribbs straight ahead style. Cribbs has more return TD's but I prefer Metcalf better. This was one of his "sicker" moves...(about 40 second mark)Skyhook79;1062974 wrote:Do you dis-like Josh Cribbs that much?

DeyDurkie5I don't think the front office will feel pressure to "have to take RG3" at 4. They have shown, that they do what they want when it coems to their picks and I don't think that changes this year. Would I like RG3? Yeah I would like him, but at the same time if he's gone and we don't get him, it's not the end of the world. We pick up at least 3 more starters with our first 3 picks and get a little bit in free agency, and we are poised to have a solid year.
As for the blackmon/wright debate, it really just comes down to what do you need more a fast, straight ahead receiver or a big, tall force like blackmon. Both will be good receivers in this league, so it's not like you are going to miss on them.
I'm def interested to see who we go after in free agency because that will tip our hand to the direction our draft will be. -

I think they will grab a WR, RDE and RT in free agency.DeyDurkie5;1062998 wrote:I'm def interested to see who we go after in free agency because that will tip our hand to the direction our draft will be.
