Blackmon followed by RGIII. I would take plenty of other guys way before Richardson too. -

I don't even think about Richardson in the top 15. Times have changed. I'm torn between Blackmon and RGIII but I just think RGIII is a type of player you rarely see in a draft. I'd lean toward RGIII if I had to make that pick.like_that;1027202 wrote:Blackmon followed by RGIII. I would take plenty of other guys way before Richardson too. -
DeyDurkie51st pick: Blackmon
2nd pick: Richardson
3rd pick: Burfict
or
1st pick: RG3
2nd pick: Malcom Floyd
3rd pick: Burfict -
Pick6I watched Texas A&M probably 4-5 games this year. I think either one of their RBs would be a great pick with the Browns second rounder(?) maybe. Not sure where they are expected to go.

Durk...I still think Blackmon is a must....but the Heisman trophy winner sure did grow on me. He may be the best qback in the NFL in a couple years.DeyDurkie5;1027198 wrote:He will be a playmaker, so I wouldn't be as pissed off with that pick. If blackmon/richardson/rg3 are there, who do you take?
I don't understand the love for Burfict though. He had more personal fouls/late hits than the entire Big 10 did. -

I'd be ok with both. Richardson is a mid 20 pick not a too 4 pick. -

I agree..blackmon is a must at that spot. If we grab blackmon, and richardson falls to our second first round pick, that would be an interesting situation to be in.Footwedge;1027253 wrote:Durk...I still think Blackmon is a must....but the Heisman trophy winner sure did grow on me. in relation to burfict, he had a lot of personal fouls, and for the most part was very undisciplined. I don't like taking him anywhere in the first round..but if he falls to our first 2nd round pick, I don't see how you can pass him up. too much upside. Hell ray lewis killed a man, and he's the best linebacker of all time. If we can get him to calm down and play the game, I would like him with DQ for years to come. -

I want a linebacker though with one of the 3 picks we have. upshaw maybe at 2 1st? really think they need a fast, attacking linebacker to get our defense to be decent enough against the run. Floyd wouldnt be a bad pick, he's tall and go get the ball.like_that;1027259 wrote:I'd be ok with both. Richardson is a mid 20 pick not a too 4 pick. -

Agree with this. Richardson could fall to the teen's easily. May be there at the Browns second pick. Also agree on RG3. If he's there at 3/4, take him.rydawg5;1027203 wrote:I don't even think about Richardson in the top 15. Times have changed. SportsAndLadyJust please do Not take Richardson with the first pick. That's all I ask.
If they wanna go with rg3 im cool with that..obviously id rather put some weapons around McCoy and see what he can do..but if they feel They wanna go with rg3 that will suffice with me. I think rg3 will be a stud.
Its that second pick im really torn on..a mean solid linebacker seems almost a necessity but if you draft rg3 and don't upgrade the wr core, he's going to fail. I say go all offense with the first 3 picks..rg3 and 2 wrs. Then upgrade the defense via free agency. -
DeyDurkie5round 1 pick 1: RG3
round 1 pick 2: Upshaw
round 2 pick 1: Floyd/Wright(if one of them fall this far) -
like_thatAre there any legit lbers that will be free agents?

Cyrus Gray is probably a 3rd rounder. I honestly don't even know who A&M's other RB is.Pick6;1027247 wrote:I watched Texas A&M probably 4-5 games this year. I think either one of their RBs would be a great pick with the Browns second rounder(?) maybe. Not sure where they are expected to go. -

Good point..there's prolly gonna Have to be 3 or 4 legit lbers too..cuz we all know the browns wont get the best free agent lb lol -
zach24ozI would like to see them go RGIII, Floyd if he's there...if he's not look at Richardson or the best LB available, then maybe Kendall Wright falls to the 2nd rd and we take him then. But I only would take Richardson if it's a definite that Hillis isnt coming back. I think getting RGIII and Richardson is a great 1st round.
-
Crimson streakIf we do go qb at the first pick I would love to offer Vincent Jackson a nice contract. Then we could get a lb with our 2 first then oline/safety/cb in the 2nd. That would improve this team so much
-
zach24ozIt would be nice to have a guy like VJax but I don't see him coming to CLE. I think SD tries to being him back for Rivers.
-
MulvaCurtis Lofton is a free agent, but he's an MLB and I don't see the Falcons letting him get away.

DeyDurkie5I am rooting for a rams number 1 pick...browns throw the barn at rams, get luck. set for a decade

No, no, no...."In Colt we trust !" -
ohiobucks1I'd like to see us get Blackmon, trade our late 1st and early 2nd to get RGIII from the Jags

I think the luck era is coming if the rams get the first pickBR1986FB;1027576 wrote:No, no, no...."In Colt we trust !" -
BR1986FBHere are the WR free agents. This is why I'm saying Blackmon isn't a necessity with their first pick. The WR corps is already "green" so they don't need to use a top pick on it and put all of that pressure on him. They need a proven vet who can teach these young guys (Little, Norwood, MoMass...if they keep him) the nuances of the game.

Luck could start right out of the shoot and would be better than anything they've had, easily, since 1999.DeyDurkie5;1027578 wrote:I think the luck era is coming if the rams get the first pick
