    Tom Brady... welcome to dumpsville.

Its weird that new england has tom Brady and they literally give away all of his weapons to make his job as hard as possible

I had Kelce and Ninkovich (IDP) going last night. He had Ridley.

I started the night down about 25-26.

    Finished down 5.

I was pretty surprised that Kelce made it so close. He had a solid game!

Kelce is just getting better and better. I am SO glad I drafted him really late so I can keep him for next year. Especially since TEs are huge in our scoring system (I also had Donnell from NYG going this week, they combined for 82 points).

Kelce's 97 yards and a TD scored me 37 last night and Donnell's 3 TDs and 54 yards scored 45 pts Thursday night.

With Peterson out from beating his kid, these two TEs are really helping me fill that 1st round pick gap.

I've retired from FF but my girlfriend is still playing and has a trade proposed to her:

    Kaepernick & Sproles

    for

    Drew Brees (she has Brees)

She has Cutler as her backup QB and her RB's are weak with her best, to date, being Terrance West.

    Pull the trigger or no?
  • CCRolly
Some guy in my league just offered me LeSean McCoy and Gronk for Forte & Sproles. Not going to pull the trigger on that one.

No way. But counter with Cutler for one of the RBs the other guys has.

Ok fellas, as I've stated, I'm 0-4 in my most important league. Mainly due to slow starts from Lacy, Alshon, and VJax, and also having the second most points scored against me to this point. I made a trade this week of Eddie Lacy, Josh Gordon, and D'Qwell Jackson and received Keenan Allen, Ben Tate, and Isaiah Crowell. That leaves my roster looking like this:
    QB: Matt Ryan
WR: Alshon Jeffery, Keenan Allen, Vincent Jackson
    RB: LeVeon Bell, Ben Tate
    TE: Antonio Gates
    K: Justin Tucker
    D: Detroit/Cleveland
IDP: Bobby Wagner, Vontaze Burfict, Paul Worrilow

I'm considering making another trade that I know the manager is strongly considering at this point, and he currently sits in second place of 12 teams. The big reason I'm considering this is because 3/4 of the players I would receive have already had their bye and I get a significant upgrade at RB. Should I move forward with this offer or no?
I trade: Matt Ryan, Alshon Jeffery, Ben Tate, and Isaiah Crowell
I receive: Russell Wilson, Michael Floyd, Marshawn Lynch, and Delanie Walker

My team would look like this after the trade:
    QB: Russell Wilson
WR: Michael Floyd, Keenan Allen, Vincent Jackson
    RB: LeVeon Bell, Marshawn Lynch
    TE: Antonio Gates/Delanie Walker
    K: Justin Tucker
    D: Detroit/Cleveland
IDP: Bobby Wagner, Vontaze Burfict, Paul Worrilow

BN: Mark Ingram, Rueben Randle, Eli Manning, Toby Gerhart

Rueben Randle could end up being a nice player for you. He has seen 27 targets the last 3 games and 10 in back to back games. As the Giants new offense comes along, those targets could end up being big numbers. He turned in 8 for 89 last week.

As for the trade, I like Ryan/Jeffery much more than Wilson/Floyd. I don't know if what you make up at RB with Lynch will come near what you are going to lose giving up Ryan and Jeffery. I am assuming that Jeffery comes on strong. He was bothered by a little injury the first couple weeks, he looks healthy now. He needs a healthy Marshall and from what I have read, Marshall is getting better so that Bears passing attack could start putting up better numbers all around.

I just got a STEAL of a trade, and it went through.

Traded: Bridgewater (my backup to Peyton, who is already past his bye now) and Brian Quick for DeAndre Hopkins and Eddie Lacy.

Good thing, because I had Steven Jackson as one of my RBs (other is Jennings).

Serious Question.....did you trade rape a rahtard?

My big issue with Tate is the injury history and the timeshare. There are 3 serviceable backs in that backfield, and it sounds as if all three are going to receive carries, which limits Tate's production. I'd be ok keeping my team as is, I'm just looking at current schedules and it looks like Ryan's schedule gets increasingly more difficult over the next couple months, and it would help being "full strength" every week with Floyd, Wilson, and Lynch all having their byes this past week. I am becoming more skeptical of it the more I look at it, though.

    This should instantly be vetoed

I'd demand my money back if my commissioner allowed that to happen.

Wtf how does that trade ever be allowed happen or even be accepted.

    Lacy finally breaks out...against me
  • O-Trap
The guy had Griffin as a QB. He drafted Fitzpatrick as a backup when Griffin's leg broke off. Needless to say, he's in need of a QB.

Since Lacy hadn't done much, it was an easier sell.
  • Laley23
Lacy finally gives me production worthy of the #5 pick.

I am 0-4 in the league I drafted him in, have great depth and a solid team. His disastrous outputs are the sole reason for 3 of my losses (single digit Ls). Pisses me off.
  • Iliketurtles
Sucks for me is I could have bought Lacy super cheap in my league but the dude who was shopping him I don't know very well and so I never talk him. Right before the game last night talking to my friend who is the commish says he had the option to trade Steve Smith and some bench player for Lacy but decided not to do it because he didn't want to trade away one of his WR's (he had 4 good ones and no bench due to other trades) and only wants to roll with 1 RB and start 4 WRs.

I would have glady given away someone like Roddy White and Joique Bell for Lacy.

Ugly night for Cordarelle Patterson for me. He has been disappointing but his return yards have saved him so far. We get 1 pt for every 20 return yards. He's scored 27, 10.75, 18.4 and 13.1 so far. 5.75 last night. Christian Ponder is so awful so I don't want to over react to last night but I don't understand why they don't line him up in the backfield, throw more screens to him. He is truly their only dangerous weapon at this point on offense.
  • Laley23
I finally benched Patterson in favor of (probably, havent decided 100%) Andrew Hawkins this week.

Patterson SHOULD be a WR2, but Norv Turner...or the QBs...dont know how to get him the ball.

    Pick 2:

    Gore
    Hyde
    TWilliams
    West
    Hester
    M. Floyd

My whole team is filled with average/inconsistent fantasy players.

    Gore and Williams

Floyd I could be convinced of over either if Palmer returns (maybe even with Stanton)

Go figure that Lacy goes off after I traded him. I'm 0-4 as well, Laley, and I had a weakness at WR so I essentially got Keenan Allen and Ben Tate for Lacy. Now that Lacy went off, I'm going to kill myself if Tate and Allen blow...
