He definitely is (your last sentence).O-Trap;1657236 wrote:That's fair.
And yeah, he's a dick.
The offer was a little low-ball, but that's kind of the point. Looking at his team, it DOES help him. I mean, Vereen will be a downgrade, of course, but his WRs are garbage so far.
He's probably trying to value Lacy at his season-opening value.
He actually countered with lacy and Russell Wilson for Peyton and Andre Ellington.
I called him a Jew (he is) and laughed in his face. -
Dr. KnOiTaLLOk, so I'm considering sending out an offer to a guy in desperate need of RB's. He currently has Pierre Thomas, Darren McFadden, Knowshon Moreno, and Ryan Mathews. I'm thinking of offering Eddie Lacy and Greg Jennings for AJ Green. I also have LeVeon Bell, Mark Ingram, Donald Brown, and Toby Gerhart at RB, and we can only start 2, so I figured it may be worth the upgrade to my WR corps. Thoughts? I currently have Alshon, VJax, and Rueben Randle starting at WR with Jennings on my bench.
-
SportsAndLadyI would do it if you can only start two rbs.
-
mucalum49Doing pretty well in my leagues so far but haven't gotten much out of my QB (Tom Brady). I snagged Kirk Cousins last week and now I'm undecided on who to play this week. Cousins at home against the Giants tonight or Monday night Brady going into KC. I'm leaning Cousins but wanted to gauge other's opinion. I have Garcon and the idea of double dipping on points if he finds the end zone is also a tease to me.
-
SportsAndLadyCousins at home vs Giants for sure
-
IliketurtlesLol Cousins and I wouldn't even think twice about it.

Haha I was pretty set on Cousins but wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy.Iliketurtles;1657370 wrote:Lol Cousins and I wouldn't even think twice about it. -
O-TrapIt does seem weird to opt for Cousins over Sir Uggs-a-Lot, but this year, it looks like the smart play so far. Safely so.

Well, my offer was rejected. He must be content rolling with Pierre Thomas and McFadden as his only healthy RB's. He didn't even counter-offer.SportsAndLady;1657314 wrote:I would do it if you can only start two rbs. -
CCRollyPPR League. Ahmad Bradshaw vs. Titans or Darren Sproles at 49ers.

Rueben Randle tonight vs the Skins or Kendall Wright vs the Colts. Likely with Checkdown Charlie at QB which could bode well for Wright.
Issue is...I have Marshall who is questionable. My preference would be to start Wright. But, if Marshall doesn't go on Sunday, I will have to slide Wright from the flex into the WR spot and with byes, it will leave me slotting Knile Davis in the flex with Charles likely back.
Or I can start Randle is a decent matchup vs the Redskins and then start Marshall if he plays and be good with Wright in case he doesn't go. Marshall just always plays. Even if he doesn't practice, he always plays. -
lhslep134T-Bone I don't really have any reasoning for this but I like Randle more than Wright this week and would rather leave Wright available in case Marshall's out.

I'd probably go with your last option. Randle and then plan on Marshall, keeping Wright in line if Marshall doesn't go for some reason.TBone14;1657522 wrote:Bradshaw.

O-TrapOkay, I've got a TE question for this week.
Cameron is on a bye, and I have him in one league. The TE pool is pretty slim on the waiver wire (I've got Austin Seferian-Jenkins right now as a backup), and Seferian-Jenkins has a Questionable tag. Plus, he's a dark horse anyway, and he's coming off missing two weeks.
Here's what is sitting on the waiver wire:
Anthony Fasano (KC) - Kelce seems to be getting the passing looks this year, and Fasano is mostly blocking.
Levine Toilolo (ATL) - His targets have declined since week 1, and he got zero red zone targets despite the obscene amount of scoring Atlanta did.
Eric Ebron (DET) - Only got one target last year. The upside, however, is that Fauria is listed as 'Out', and Pettigrew has only gotten one target in each of the first three games.
Brandon Pettigrew (DET) - 3 targets in 3 games. WTF?
Andrew Quarless (GB) - He WAS targeted 5 times last week and snagged a TD, but he hasn't eclipsed 4 catches or 50 yards yet this season.
Scott Chandler (BUF) - He did have a decent day last week, with 5 catches for 74 yards on 5 targets. However, prior to that, he only had 3 targets on the season.
Brandon Meyers (TB) - He has had 5+ looks in two of their three games, but the yardage is disproportionately low ... hilariously so. Still, this is a PPR league.
I know that's a lot of options, but the TE waiver wire is one big factory of sadness. I'm leaning toward Meyers, Chandler, Quarless, or Ebron. What do you think? -
Laley23Matthew Berry actually said he would drop Brady for Cousins if he had to.
Looking bad right now, lol. But I agree. -

Thanks for that.slingshot4ever;1657609 wrote:Donnell (NYG) -
Laley23Donnell was owned in all 3 of my leagues.
I was pleased I was able to grab Niles Paul to replace Rudolph (and just my TE spot in another league...3 different ones in 3 weeks). He looks awesome, then that... -
O-TrapI just looked, and in the league in question, Donnell is not only owned, but he's being started by his owner this week.
Lucky bastard. -
SportsAndLadyNot a good game for me. Have cousins and desean Jackson. Playing against Alfred Morris
-
IliketurtlesI was going to fucking pick up Eli to replace Brady this week. Really kicking myself for not doing it.

I actually did pick him up and subbed him for Peyton. This afternoon, I was having some reservations about Eli's meltdown potential, and I dropped him and picked up Bridgewater.Iliketurtles;1657641 wrote:I was going to fucking pick up Eli to replace Brady this week. I obviously don't condone that kind of behavior, and I am ashamed of my actions. -
Iliketurtles
I don't know why I didn't really. I picked the Giants to win tonight and told my friend who's a giants fan I think their offense is finally clicking. I'll probably still pick up Eli if Brady has another terrible game.O-Trap;1657645 wrote:I actually did pick him up and subbed him for Peyton. What's wrong with Brady this year? Is it him, or is the team around him?Iliketurtles;1657647 wrote:I don't know why I didn't really. I don't have any NE players, so I haven't been watching their games. -
Iliketurtles
I don't know I haven't watched any of their games either. I think it's both him and the team. But if Brady has another terrible game I'm going to pick someone else up... Eli, Hoyer, and Palmer(I had him but dropped him due to his injury) are all out there.O-Trap;1657656 wrote:What's wrong with Brady this year? Is it him, or is the team around him?
