I was solid, in a 14 team league, which is what was pissing me off.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1659925 wrote:Go figure that Lacy goes off after I traded him. I'm 0-4 as well, Laley, and I had a weakness at WR so I essentially got Keenan Allen and Ben Tate for Lacy. Now that Lacy went off, I'm going to kill myself if Tate and Allen blow...
Lacy
Bernard
Hilton
Sanders
A. Johnson (also killing me)
Bench:
Golden Tate
Hawkins
Crowell
That was the issue, I have bad RB depth, but wasnt willing to trade Lacy for anything that wasnt another top RB. So, obviously no one would do it. I tried trading a WR for some RB depth, but no one was biting. -

I was as well. 3 of my 4 losses were to teams who had their highest scoring week, and the other loss was a stat correction the following Thursday. They let me go three days thinking I had won and then changed it on me hours before the next week began.Laley23;1659927 wrote:I was solid, in a 14 team league, which is what was pissing me off.

WR: Jeffery, VJackson, Randle
TE: Walker

I hate fantasy sports. My first round pick never turns out. 2013: TRich, 2012: Calvin Johnson (only 5 TD's), 2011: Peterson (blew out his knee), 2010: Brees (2nd lowest QBR in 9 years with Saints, most INT's in career), 2009: Matt Forte (4 total TD's), 2008: Ryan Grant (5 total TD's)
It's quite ridiculous how my first round pick never turns out. Not saying that they were pathetic like TRich (Calvin had a ton of yards in 2012), but didn't provide the performance that their pick warranted. Dumb -

This times a million. I don't know why I do it to myself. It makes me so mad I think I am going to need Xanex or something. I like gambling on the games so much. Have had a ton of success over the years but for some reason I still play fantasy and it just pisses me off every week.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1659941 wrote:

I'd go Gore and M. Floyd (assuming you mean Michael, and not Malcolm).GOONx19;1659919 wrote:Pick 2:

My whole team is filled with average/inconsistent fantasy players.
If you mean Malcolm, I'm going Gore and TWill.
I've had similar issues with the #1 pick.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1659941 wrote:My first round pick never turns out.

Last year, in our league, my top bid win was Trent Richardson.
In 2012, it was Calvin Johnson, same as you. Lots of yards, but his TDs were WAY down for a #5 overall pick.
In 2011, it was Rashard Mendenhall (LOL).
In 2010, it was Andre Johnson (86 catches, 1200 yards, 8 TDs). Pretty good, but catches were lowest in 3 years, and yards per game were lowest in 4 years. This probably ended up being the best in that stretch, but it was about 25 catches and 400 yards under projection.
In 2009, it was Brian Westbrook. Hurt 8 games, and finished the year under 300 rushing yards. -
IliketurtlesI'm lucky that if I miss on my first round or 2 rounds of guys I normally draft very well is other rounds to make up for it. 3 years ago(I think) I went Charles in the 1st round and Peyton in the 2nd. This was the year Charles got injured in the first game and Peyton decided not to play at all. I ended up losing in the championship that year.
This year I completed fucking failed after the first 2 rounds(save face for Roddy White in the 5th and Reggie Wayne in 10th) I hate every pick I made after taking Forte in the 1st and Murray in the 2nd round. I did pick up Gordon off waviers so I'll have him eventually. but still I've dropped 6 out of 17 of my draft picks. -
MulvaIf anyone on this topic is a college basketball fan and degenerate gambler, check out the fantasy league in the CBB forum.
Figured I would post in here for the people who dont venture over that way. -
friendfromlowryIn a keeper/PPR league, someone offered me Golden Tate and Vernon Davis for Kaepernick, who's on my bench. Tate has been netting some decent points while Davis has been hurt. He has Romo who's been getting steadily better, so I'm not sure what his motive is.

Has GTate been on his bench as well?friendfromlowry;1660162 wrote:In a keeper/PPR league, someone offered me Golden Tate and Vernon Davis for Kaepernick, who's on my bench. O-TrapIn a PPR league of mine, I have a flex spot up for grabs between Brandin Cooks and Michael Floyd. Floyd seems like the bigger TD threat. Cooks is probably the candidate for more catches, though.

Laley23(PPR)Forsett or Crowell??

MulvaPicked a good week to give up on Kendall Wright.

gerb1316 yards and a fumble for Shady. Been sticking with him but yowza.

Had to pick up a defense last week, so I picked up Philly. The scored 26 points.SportsAndLady;1660775 wrote:I needed a defense and picked up Philly.

Hung onto them and started them again this week.

All correct choices, unfortunately the saves on the app didn't hold. I got fucked. Oh well, might still win all 3 leagues.Azubuike24;1660690 wrote:Forsett

GOONx19I moved to 2-3. Went up against Peyton, but I have Demaryius and Sanders.
-
IliketurtlesUgh I should have just listened to my gut and switched out Roddy White and put Ellington in... And should have played the Chargers over the Lions for my Defense. I still have a chance to win but I'm really going to be sweating it. Need Gio to get less than 110 rushing yards and him and Gostkowski to get less than 12 points lol.
-
SportsAndLadyBeasting this week but haven't sealed up a win quite yet.
Have 135 points and have vereen and desean Jackson left.
Opponent has 85 with Russ Wilson Percy harvin and gostkowski left. -
O-TrapI should be 3-0 this week, but thanks to Michael Floyd and Michael Craptree both blowing the goat and Rashad Jennings dying, I'm going to lose in one league. I even had Peyton and Eddie Lacy in that league.
-
jmogI am going to be the 2nd highest scoring team this week...and lose (2nd time this has happened this year).
I will fall to 2-3 but am 2nd in total points for the season.
Our league pays out more to the top couple teams in points than it does the playoff champion, so I am "ok" with it so far. -
TBone14Got a win despite starting the disappointment train of:
Jimmy Graham
Brandon Marshall
Cordarrelle Patterson
And leaving Kendall Wright on the bench.
Other league...down 9 and have Percy going PPR. The other guy has Morris. Hopefully the Hawks totally shutdown Morris and hold him to 5-ish and Percy goes for 15+ and steal a victory. -
gport_tennisI am down 71 pts going into tonight, I have Garcon and Morris...I lose.
My Opponent this week has: Peyton, V Jackson, Dez Bryant, Kelvin Benjamin, L bell, Pierre thomas, t kelce, and steven jackson. All scored well over their average except for benjamin
