Of course as soon as I typed that the dline had their best series of the game. Sweet spin move for Fields to score on their first drive of the 2nd half.

It wasn’t pretty in the first half, for sure.
I’m willing to chalk that up to first game being months later than normal.
Unsure how this wasn’t targeting, and these dumbass announcers, who have been bad all game,, didn’t even discuss it. Shoulder to head, and launches.
Also insane

Bad for the Buckeyes. They may not play a top 10 team all year.

That’s cool. Just don’t lose and they’re good.

It. Does. Not. Matter.
If OSU goes 9-0, they will be in the playoff. Doesn’t matter if they play 9 high school teams.
Indiana with one of the most improbable victories you’ll ever see.
Everyone gets so wrapped up in losses by teams OSU plays. It literally doesn’t matter. If OSU doesn’t lose, they will ALWAYS be in the playoff.

Especially this year, with B12 basically done already.

There's still a lot of shifting ahead in the rankings. You never know about this.

They'll get in. I just like their chances in the playoffs better if they have been tested along the way. The Big Ten East had a rough week, although Clemson has had good playoffs after playing a weak schedule.

Fair enough, the winner of tsun/Wisconsin could be top 10
Wisconsin breakout QB supposedly tested positive for Covid. They have another test coming and if it’s positive again, he must sit for 21 days.

Both a brutal loss for Wisky, being that Coan is out injured, and a scary moment for fans of any good B1G team because with how hard-line the conference is with the 'Rona, any player on any team could miss 3 games just like that.
Wisconsin not handling Covid very well...

And the Big Ten has no flexibility to move games. I hope that we don't find out, but the conference might have to make a tough decision on the favorite in the West.
Wisconsin/Nebraska game cancelled.

That's a shame. Hindsight's 20/20, but if the Big Ten hadn't farted around for no reason - wasting valuable weeks, they'd have had some flexibility to reschedule in situations like this.
The fourth string qb at Wisconsin is probably thinking, " my day to shine, ugh!"
I'm sure Christine Brennan at USA Today is already typing her I-told-you-college-football-was-doomed piece as we speak.
Trevor Lawrence has tested positive.
ACC protocol says a player must sit out for 10 days following a positive test. Clemson plays Notre Dame next week. He would be required to sit that game.
Do they have anything regarding negative tests following a positive? If he’s truly positive he will miss ND no question based on their protocols.
Hoping it’s a false positive and he is cleared.

Per a tweet I saw from a verified account from ESPN, the ACC does not have a “test out” process. Which to me says, a positive test is a positive test.
My assumption is the rule will be changed before the weekend is over. And he will have a negative result in the next day or so.
