I had shoulder surgery in March and still in PT. Mid Sept will be the 6th month mark.

I'm heavy into all the machines and proper form.

After being back in the gym regularly for about 6 weeks. I forgot how much I loved a good routine, but also how much I hated going to actual gyms. So many fucking idiots at times. On a positive note...I usually go around 11am and it's mostly chill.

Been doing this a LONG time but obviously don't know everything. Coming to my peeps for suggestions. I've been off for the last 3 weeks due to an issue with my left front delt. Tried dumbbell presses about a week ago and had to shut it down after 3 reps.

Am trying to figure out exercises to work around it without pain. Right now, pressing movements are out of the question. Can't even do pushups wearing my SlingShot.

Today I did incline DB flyes, flat flyes (3/4 stretch) and pec dec.

Any alternative suggestions are welcome as the 3 exercises mentioned are fairly redundant.

Best place/site to buy some Kettlebells?

Anybody have anything they really like?

Been getting more into KBs and the versatility and ease of some movements with them. Currently have two 35lbs and one at 71 lbs,

Looking to bridge that gap and maybe add one heavier option

I just went with the adjustable ones (Powerblock) where I just move the pin for whatever weight I'd like.

Still using the Bowflex adjustables.

If I ever had the space for real ones I’d go Rogue or Onnit.

I bought this the other day, the 45lb one. There’s a wooded park area right around the corner from me with a half mile loop and a couple steep hills. Figure rucking with this would be a good workout.

No problems here. I also have the adjustable dumbbells that go up to 125 lbs.
