Smollett is an idiot scumbag but I don’t know how u charge him with a felony when people like bbq Becky and others make false claims of assault by blacks people and make insinuations that they may have a gun when the police are reluctant to come. They never get charged and it’s not all that different. They make a false report and endanger lives. 

If someone makes a false claim about assault by a black person I would want the same punishment as this. Your belief that they "never get charged" is almost certainly wrong since I am SURE that there are false report charges that exist before Jolliett.

Almost certainl lol . And I never said no one ever has been charged. I can provide examples of people who have been charged. But mostly it’s not charged. My point was more that people make false police reports all the time and his situation is only unique because he’s famous if I wasn’t clear

Jussie was going to the police station to confirm two guys the police brought in as suspects to say they were the ones. He was literally going to put two innocent men in jail so that he can keep his career afloat. Fuck him and fuck anyone who defends him from being thrown in jail.

I made this point a few days ago.  It takes a special piece of shit to do this.  That's why I can't get down with  the people saying he is crying for help (libs and conservatives) and what he is going thru is enough.  This might be a "cry for help," but you don't try to ruin lives and get away with it.

I thought of this watching that footage, too. I would hope that most stores would tell their employees to look out for things like this. They bought what? Black ski masks, tape, rope - among other things. That should raise red flags for anybody working the register. But I'm probably wrong and store managers have no protocol for things like this. But if I were a clerk I'd be wanting to hit that ALERT! button.

Not sure how you came up with that number, considering how only roughly half of the voting public showed up at the polls to vote the 2016 election, with the end result being (approximately) 25% for Trump, 25% for Hillary and 50% (ie: half) saying, "Fuck it, both of 'em are fucking twats!"

Approval ratings are typically 40-50% which is where my rounded number of 1/2 came from.

Now, the chance is not even close to 50% that half support Trump, but its far greater than 0%. I hated Applied Statistics (only math majors and statistics majors had to take that one) in college, but did get an A in it.

This post proves my point, you don’t understand statistics. Look up a normal distribution curve and apply that idea (polls are not exactly normal distribution but the idea holds) to the polls that on average put Trump approval around 45%. With the confidence interval and distribution there is a FAR greater than 0% chance that 50% approve of Trump. 

Again, you are wrong on the math.
