Interesting. She’s obviously very far left. Hopefully voted out soon.

It’s always the same 4 white haters, and they’re all in districts where they most likely won’t be voted out.

After the Dems blocked the Senate bill (which literally just added money to a program that was already approved, no other stipulations), Hollen from Maryland complained about having to leave his vacation to go into work and vote on it.

Never forget that both sides don’t give a shit about you.

This is what Obama and his policies on immigration was banking on.  The Syrian refugee situation is why we have pockets of immigrants that all vote in one district.

Here's another example whereby the California Gov is planning on giving illegals aid.

Other localities, such as Chicago, have introduced similar measures. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot issued an executive order Tuesday to ensure that illegal immigrants and refugees in the city are able to access the city’s coronavirus relief benefits.

If your job is in order to feed someone who is reliant on you, then you're "essential".  If he's talking about medical people, i - like most people - really appreciate them. But like someone who joins the military, this is what you signed up for.   Most doctors and nurses do not look at themselves as heros

Did grocery store workers and the like also sign up for this? $13 an hour up to 25k is ridiculous but those people do deserve something imo. Especially if they are going to add $600 a week to peoples unemployment. That’s probably twice as much as those people take home a week and they get it to stay inside and not deal with hundreds of people a day.

I have friends who were immigrants, came to this country, and did it the RIGHT way = went through the process and became American citizens. Not a one of them has any empathy for these illegals and, frankly, the whole thing pisses them off.

I have no issue with the aid to people who did it the right way but when we're not taking care of are own, to foot the bill for these people, fuck that...something's VERY wrong.

Outside of Trump, who more times than not should just be quiet because he often makes himself look like a fool, most of these "people for the people" got rich through politics. You don't get rich through politics....unless you're extremely dirty = almost all of them (Pub's & Dem's)

The "right way". What a bunch of hogshit. When most of our ancestors came here from Europe, you know what the criteria to get in was?  Just show up. That's it. Not one thing was required - no money, no lottery, no waiting - nothing. Just get your ass to the front door and you're in with no questions. Often you could do it without even having identification papers.

Now we preaxh to these Hispanics that they can't be here because they didn't do it "the right way".  Do you know why they don't do it "the right way"?  Because unless you win a green card lottery, which is very unlikely, it cost more money than many of them can make in multiple years, plus they require someone to sponsor them. That is totally impractable.

If the "right way" that is required today was in place when our ancestors fled to come here, many, if not most of us, would be shit out of luck.

When we saw immigration in the millions back in 1918-1921 this country didnt have a welfare net and free shit by just showing up.  We cant have that as an immigration policy today.

It is not just Hispanics, but everyone. The Green card/ visa system is so overloaded and burdensome that wait times are years for people. The people with the worst wait time is actually India.

It is easy to say go to the back of the line, but harder to say that when the back of the line may take 10-20 years.

I remember this article from December 2019 about how screwed up the system is.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/the-employment-green-card-backlog-tops-800000-most-of-them-indian-a-solution-is-elusive/2019/12/17/55def1da-072f-11ea-8292-c46ee8cb3dce_story.html

We all agree the immigration system is screwed up, we just cannot agree on a solution. Meanwhile, millions are people are in limbo and have to do what they can do survive.

The people that risk their lives and there family's welfare to get here are generally not looking for "free shit".

So you’re the guy who is cool with billions of bailout dollars going to massive corporations but don’t you dare use taxpayer money to help out a Kroger employee because “he should have planned better”

The money that is going to corporations today is for employee retention and other things that will trickle down.  UNlike TARP by Obama/Biden that companies did shit like stock buy backs and sock away in CEO slush funds.

TARP was Bush bro...

Also, we are not sure how this money will get filtered out, Trump is pretty much canning all the IGs that would provide oversight. He also is not keen on the idea of Congressional oversight on how these funds will be dispersed.

I just can’t stop laughing at CC.

These large corporations that make millions/billions in revenue every year (yet spend this on stock buybacks and executive salaries), need these bailout funds from the gub’mit, but the hourly grocery store worker who’s literally risking his life so that Americans can go to the grocery store and buy food, shouldn’t get any bailout money because “obama”. LOL

both entities don’t financially prepare for a global pandemic, but one of them (the trillion dollar corporation) should get bailout money and the other one (minimum wage employee still going to work) should not.
God damn CC, your hipocrisy is blinding.
