come on...your arguments are like swiss cheese...full of holes.

Hilary Clinton was the government for a few years running the state department.  If she is shady then most of the government is shady....(see Strzrok).  Lets make sure to define "meddling".....its not "interfering"  Our intelligence dept., state dept.  "meddle" all over the world on daily basis.  If Russia runs internet troll farms on facebook.....who cares.  It doesnt change a vote.  So lets not get our panties in a unproar about "Russia, Russia, Russia"

Remember this, just a few years ago Trump was not a politician, when he states that he blames both sides he views that in our eyes.  From the outside.  Russia meddles, we meddle, we spy, they spy.......we knew about it and the FBI, Obama and HC didnt do anything because they thought she was going to win and they didnt care.  WHen Trump won they went full retard about it.

Hillary is a separate issue.  She is not the president who is being investigated right now.  As I said, if she did something illegal, she should be held accountable for certain.  But even if you believe she did so something wrong, the lack of action on that has nothing to do with Trump being accused of colluding, and also nothing to do with the finding that Russia tried to manipulate the US election.

I'm not defining "meddling", "interfering", "corrupting" or whatever other term because I don't mean them in a legal sense.  I don't know exactly what the Russians did or didn't do.  Whatever it is, you have no basis for knowing whether our state department commits similar acts around the world.  I don't either because I'm not privy to that kind of information.  Simply assuming it to be isn't an argument.

I disagree with you about Trumps means when he assigns blame for poor relations with Russia.  It sure appears like he thinks that Russian action will diminish the achievement of his election.  He's certainly trained us all adequately to know how he would respond to a special counsel investigation if Obama were the president.

"If she is shady then most of the government is shady....(see Strzrok)"?  Seriously?

I didn't say conservatives. The logical ones are speaking out. The Trump Train is on that "nothing to see here" defense.

Fair, I don't follow those people I guess. Trump is a dipshit, not sure anyone should be surprised, and if Obama had said it the right would have screamed about it for a week. I don't think Trump should get a pass here just bc he portrays himself as a jackass all of the time.

Lol did see some left wing comments comparing what Trump said to 9/11, Pearl Harbour, and even Kristallnacht. Dumb people abound.

Well, there was quite a bit of flack over the "Russian reset".....except many Repubs and right-leaning media have been more critical of Trump yesterday.

It's another classic Trump troll job.  But this one was not entertaining, it was embarassing and dangerous.  It's only been a year and a half - I think this act gets old after 4 years for all but the most die-hard Trump voters.

C'mon, these are the same people that hailed the "Russian Reset" when it was Obama and Hillary, and ruthlessly mocked Romney for calling Russia an enemy.  You can't make this shit up.  They've lost their minds - I think we know what happened to all Saddam's chemical weapons.

I think he just gave them ammunition. If he says he believes them that they didn’t do anything and they did, they could easily use that as leverage. They could threaten to leak things that could then make him look like more of an idiot. Not sure it would matter to his core, but I think some who were pro trump are tiring of his actions

Well, that was a nice fantasy until Trump just came out and said he mispoke.  I don't believe him, but that's what he said.  But he does that all the time - says something one day, then denies/walks it back/clarifies the next day.

"If she did something illegal?"  Really?  THis is not some right wing talking point......she broke multiple federal laws that we would all be in prison for.  Take off the blinders.  At the end of this....HC isnt really a seperate issue.  The Russia investigation and her emails are intertwined in multiple ways.  And if you dont think we spend Billlions a year on our intelligence agencies to not "spy", "meddle" or "interfere" around the world in covert undercover ways...you are nuts.

Judge and jury huh?  Look, I don't know if Hillary did something illegal here.  Maybe she did.  If so, she should get hers.  I am no fan of her.  Trump's continuing to bring up her emails though is not a defense against what he's being investigated for.  I have no idea if he collaborated with the Russians.  Why not let the facts speak for themselves instead of continuing to play the "Hillary is guilty" card.  Hillary is not our president.  That makes her case less important in the present.

I don't contend that the US does not engage in covert ops.  What they are though, I have no more idea than you do.  If they are at the same level of what the Russian's are accused of doing, I am confident we'd hear about them regularly though.  Regardless, that isn't really a valid argument here.  It actually sounds like some liberal argument about how our country deserves misfortune because of the crimes in our history.

Why exactly is my head in the sand?  All I'm pointing out is the Trump's defense of what he could potentially be accused of is to point at someone else who he sees as guilty of something else, and has not been held accountable.  How in the world is that not misdirection?

As I stated, I am not a Hillary supporter.  She is an ethically challenged hypocrite.  If they broke laws (I say "if" because the presumption of innocence within our legal system - she hasn't been brought to trial), she and whomever cooperated should be held accountable.  Those things have nothing to do with Trump's situation.  He is being investigated by the special counsel and he his the president currently in office.  Those things make his situation higher profile than anything else.  If he is guilty of something, I think that will be found out. But if he is not, he should defend himself based upon facts, not griping about Hillary's case, Obama's incompetence, "fake news", etc.

Guilty or not, he let  Putin dominate him like a grizzly bear in mating season.

Ironic coming from the person who takes everything Trump says at face value and blows off any criticism of him, what he says, how he acts, etc.
