Might as well keep this dumpster fire going.

The corruption at the highest levels of the FBI and DoJ is literally unbelievable.  It took the election of Trump for us to be able to get a glimpse as to the chilling level of corruption that exists; it is astounding.  While I still do not personally care for the man, thank God he was elected because it is revealing just how bad the deep state and the swamp really are.  Worse than anyone on the street could imagine.

Kind of crazy to me how easy it is for people who consider themselves patriots who love their country and support law enforcement will turn on law enforcement if it has its crosshairs on the President they voted for.

Why gee, might I even say that Quaker sounds like a Black Lives Matter activist attacking the people who work to keep us safe everyday!

Another amazing overreach by BS.  I am talking about the very few at the top who are proving to be completely corrupt.  The 95% of those in the FBI who simply do their job every day in an objective manner are undoubtedly more pissed off than the rest of us.

Try again.

And then we have the enormous bias in the (anti-Trump) 'team' that Mueller has assembled.  Obviously one member has been tossed already, but several others are rabid Hillary supporters and insiders ---- fucking incredible.  All there to cover their asses and that of the FBI and DoJ over their manufactured dossier, all a ploy to now attempt to trap Trump teamers.

Christ, you couldn't write a book like this.

So Strzok is gone, and here is another partisan hack, Rhee, who has the following credentials:

She formerly worked in the Obama Justice Department as a deputy assistant attorney general in the office of legal counsel - offering advice to the administration.

Rhee was also the personal attorney for Ben Rhodes, the deputy national security adviser for President Barack Obama.

Rhee also represented the Clinton Foundation and donated $9,000 to Hillary and other Democrats,

Rhee worked in private practice with Andrew Weissmann - another Mueller deputy who was criticized this week for sending a perceptibly partisan email to a former top DOJ official.

Can't make this stuff up.

Mueller needs to go along with every member of this witch hunt.

I take these stories as sowing the seeds of doubt for if the Mueller report comes out and is bad, the conservative media and Trump allies will paint it as dirty and not credible. I'm sure if the report is bad for Trump, QO will paint it as a liberal conspiracy, or if it returns with nothing really, QO will say see told you it was all fake news.

I reserve judgement on the whole thing until the final report and findings are out. Stories regarding the probe from both the left and right seem to be making more out of it than what's going on.

BTW, moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem is fine, but it kinda does the opposite of trying to bring everyone to the table for Mideast peace. It seems the whole region is against the move and may actually unite the Palestinians against the U.S.

But, hey, whatever, let's see how these goes, every other trick has failed in this effort. Maybe some jedi mind trick shit about moving the embassy will work in the long run.

I doubt that as we don't know the current state of the investigation. They could have something, but are still trying to piece together all the evidence to make it stick.

Moving the Isreali capital to anywhere else is non negotiable.  It is reality.  The seat of the Isreali government is in Jerusalem.  Ignoring that reality to appease muslims has not worked.  In order to acheive any hope of peace this reality must be excepted by the world.

Well, it depends and that is the sticking point. Sure, Jerusalem can be the capital, but Palestinians hold that East Jersualem should be their capital. That is non negotiable on their end. In their view, this move by the U.S. tilts the U.S In favor of Israel and not as an honest broker.

But, again, whatever, at this point why not give it a shot as nothing else has worked.

Are you ok with the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Uranium One, the Clinton email abuses, and the manufactured dossier ....................and allowing that special counsel to load up on blatantly pro-Trump investigators?

Not really. But, then again, the two are different to me.

The Special Council was set up because Trump fired Comey and that started a chain reaction. The other bullshit ones who mentioned are irrelevant to the investigation going on now. The only facts that matter are related to Trump, the campaign, the transition, and the adminsitration. Everything else is irrelevant.

I do appreciate your "what about ism" though.

They were offered most of East Jerusalem as well as the Temple Mount and Arafat rejected it.  Take the Gaza strip Isreal gives it to the Palestinians forcibly removing its own citizens and it turns to shit and becomes a launching pad for rockets to rain down on Isreal.

Oh, I know. But, you can't hold the current Palestinians to what the previous leader stated. Maybe they would take that deal now, I don't know. I would also add the deal from the 1999 is irrelevant as the land that would be Palestinian, especially in the West Bank, has Jewish settlements now.

I agree with Gaza, but that was just Hamas, not the Palestinians as a whole and led to a fractor in the Palestinian leadership, which is just now starting to come back together.

It is a complicated, and impossible task, but from their point of view, the U.S. is no longer an honest broker. Maybe that can change with time, I don't know. All I do know is peace ain't coming until both sides, Isralies and Palestinians want it, and right now, even with this news, neither side really, honestly, wants it.

Peace is a pipe dream for everyone as long as Hamas is a thing and has any sort of control, which they do.

Oh, I agree there. Hamas's stance on Israel is so dumb.

To be fair, same could be said for the Isreali settlements that are going up in the Palestinian portions of the West Bank. Kinda hard to trust someone when they keep taking the land that is eventually supposed to be yours.

That said, both sides actually enjoy the current status, hence why there is no movement to change the status quo. Trump's move may force that change, I don't know, but as I said before, why not try something?

(I also think this is a play to the religious base of the R party)

Oh I think that's a clear cut case of it. But to add what you've said, I also think it's against the part of the left that has an Israel prejudice.

What is most terrifying about Trump's rise is that, for America's first brush with an Authoritarian, he is a fucking idiot and we are still struggling to contain him.

" we (The People) " are not ................the deep state, the permanent bureaucracy, and the liberal media are.

Ehh, I think it's kind of tacky for the former president to be publically bashing the current one, especially so soon. Didn't see GW doing it to Obama, even after 8 years.

I think our current president is nothing but tacky. If obama was pulling the same shit Trump/GOP are pulling, I would call it GW's duty to call it out.
