Kanye throws his hat in the ring.  And if he's not crazy enough for you by himself, he has Elon Musk as an advisor.

Pretty interesting as the Cook Political Report, who has a great track record on races, posted an update yesterday.

Unless something drastically changes, Trump has an uphill battle.

Plenty of time for Biden to bumble and stumble to the point where it becomes obvious that he's in no shape to govern.  The race comes down to Trump vs. Biden's VP pick.

You know the clowns that follow a horse parade and have to clean things up? That's Kayleigh.

I would let her clean up behind me.

I will go out on a limb and say the chances of him actually running is slim to none.

Pretty much.  Watching clips of his interview yesterday was very uncomfortable.  His brain is gone.

They’re going to try and have as few debates as possible.

Thomas Friedman has a piece urging Biden to only debate Trump if he coughs up his tax returns and agrees to a "fact checking" panel that will report lies at the conclusion of the debate.

Mind sharing a link? Can't find it based on vague "Biden interview July 8th" search.

It really looks like their strategy is that Trump simply loses the election.  As long as Biden has a comfortable lead (whatever that means), they're going to keep him hidden.

The more telling thing about that statement is that everyone sees the decline with Biden, and they know it's a problem.  It's not just a right-wing talking point.

I find it ridiculous that you can run for president and not do a debate or be out in public under the spotlight.

The media needs to hold Bidens 40 years of failed politics to him for review.

Biden speaking now and doing pretty well.

And I say that, and after about 2 minutes he's going off the rails already getting lost following the teleprompter and distracted by the rain.

Has also coughed twice.  Maybe Trump will troll him by sending some hydroxychloroquine.

Biden finished his speech and hurried off without taking any questions.  Interesting...

I'd say this is pretty telling of Trump, but this strategy also worked for Biden during the primary against 400000 other candidates as well.

This election is going to be such a shitshow of epic proportions.

If Trump wins, we will have widespread riots like we have never seen before.

If that Biden guy wins, I foresee Trump barricading himself into the WH and not coming out.

We can only hope that as bad as it gets that we have hit rock bottom in our political system.  We are already hitting rock bottom in candidates, but lets hope this is finally the absolute worst it gets and in 4 years when the R's put up someone to run against Biden in his reelection that the US is in a much better place.

At least with Trump you know what you are getting......solid economy, low taxes, cheap energy.

With Biden.....crap shoot cause he wont be running anything and the far left agenda is scary.

I'm really not that concerned with who wins so long as neither party controls both Congress and the WH.

At what point does the Republicans simply distance themselves from Trump in order to save the Senate?

If Trump continues at his current rate, the Senate may flip.
