WCALFAN - It is obvious that you are either related to Z either by blood or through marriage or you have a huge crush on him. You are an idiot. No one on this thread has disrespected Z but you continually try to stir up trouble. It's a good thing that the other people posting on this site have morals and patience because if they didn't you would probably get your a_ _ kicked. Please post your mailing address so that everyone reading this thread can send you money so you can start your own church. That way only the people that want to hear you preach your hyppocratic message will have to listen and the other posters and get back to discussing football. Furthermore, why don't you stop disrespecting the players parents. You are not in their homes and have no idea what is discussed. It's none of your business anyway. I'll bet you call yourself a Christian yet you judge others as if you were God. That makes you a hypocrite and sinner. I would rather sit with Buck King or any other poster on this thread for 1000 games than sit next to you for 10 seconds on a church pew. Look in the mirror and judge yourself or aren't man enough to do that. -

(Small font for red rum) So this is what you call support? Your true colors are starting to show once again. Do you really believe what you wrote in this post? Really? #28 is family and he sure gets his share of carries. Coach Z must just like that side of the family. But what I really love is your church reference...yuck, yuck. I bet if you would ask Coach Z he couldn't tell you what kids on the team actually attend a church. You think on Thursday night he is sitting at home and drawing up a game plan so that the church goers get the majority of the touches in the game on Friday? I am going to go out on a limb here and I am not trying to assume anything by saying this but I bet that the majority of the ball "touchers" on this team don't go to church AND (sorry for the caps red rum) the majority of the ball "touchers" families aren't in Coach Z's inner circle. So, I will ask you again...do you really believe what you wrote? Like Chris Carter (Go Bucks!) says...COME ON MAN!1_beast;1521021 wrote:LOL..Thats the darn shame of it! The kid has legs like pistons and runs downhill....BUT for some reason he dont he dont get carries(just like #39)? Another case of who you are...who you know...what your parents think and where you go to church. -

You sure have the huge balls to defend a grown man, that should Have thick skin, but you cant defend a kid under attack? Thats weak sauce poppiwcalfan;1520560 wrote:
You keep mentioning post #669, like it is some type of "tell-all" post. It is actually a good post because it tells the truth. Now, I don't agree with naming the player but have you actually watched our games? That post is pretty much spot on. Sometimes the truth hurts but we need to hear it....
I do remember Antuan breaking up a few great pass attempts, making a touchdown saving tackle, catching a TD pass, but neither you OR Bucks#1 had the the sack to compliment that! WHY? Because your balls are in your wifes purse!
indeed! the truth will set you free! So tell the truth...here in front of everyone! Be truthful with your name, not an internet moniker! Im truthful with my name! Mr King was truthful with his name! You continue to try to hide behind yours...lolwcalfan;1520560 wrote: I have and will continually to say on here that the coaches do the majority, but NOT ALL, of their coaching during the week preparing the players for game nights. This really isn't rocket science but again...the truth shall set you free.
As for halftime adjustments.... 2 weeks in a row The Bears were in the game at half....2nd half x's and o's beat us...whoa!!!! Sorry, "the kids lack of execution"...or maybe, just maybe it was the "replacement parents" fault.wcalfan;1520560 wrote: I have and will continually to say on here that the coaches do the majority, but NOT ALL, of their coaching during the week preparing the players for game nights. LOL I hope that kid jumps 10 times this week. Why not? He sure aint getting the shot he deserves! But hey...Last year we didnt have Senior leadership! I wouldn't lead either if I lead the offense for two years and averaged 4 carries a game my senior year losing carries to a freshman. Damn right thats my cousin getting the carries...but it was also my cousin losing the carries, as well as another SENIOR. Its again my cousin getting some carries..but 2 damn good seniors that are play makers not getting touches in #12 AND #39!wcalfan;1520560 wrote:I hate to bring it back up but look back at the Chippewa game. We jumped off-sides THREE times on 4th down. Don't you think after the first time the coaches (and for that matter the ENTIRE sidelines) made sure to remind the players not to do it again???? Guess who jumped off-sides the third time?!?!?!?!?!? A senior captain!!! Is that the coaches fault? Come on you should know better than this...no matter how anyone tries to spin it...it will ALWAYS boil down to PLAYER EXECUTION. No matter what sport you are talking about....it will ALWAYS come down to that!!!!!!! -

Hunter....just like you said...they come out of the wood work on this forum. So post #748 isn't disrespectful? Plus there are so many others like that on here. You people make this too easy. What is all of this sudden reference to church? A hypocrite and a sinner, huh? Please spare me with that crap. Are you for real? Disrespecting the parents, huh? You do understand that the "bashers" on here ARE (sorry again red rum for the caps) parents of current high school kids?BAD_NEWS_BEAR;1521040 wrote:WCALFAN - It is obvious that you are either related to Z either by blood or through marriage or you have a huge crush on him. Just think how much more successful Waynedale could of been if the coach would have just acted more positive toward the players. (you know actually playing them at spots they're good at.)
Or did you forget last year already Mr. 0 and 10 ?
JV coaches had a better record than the varsity : thumbup: why is that ? (even with varsity cherry picking out the so called best players)
Or singling out a player for poor performance on a prior Friday night when the whole team including the coaches lost the game, not just one person ?
Or are you forgetting the senior who just got tired of all of it last year when that happened at practice & threw his helmet down & quit on the spot ?
Know where that kid is now ? He sure could have used a mentor to look up to instead of someone who singled him out as the reason for the teams failures.
You're right about one thing.............time is running out. -

Hunter, where do I start with your last post? You have once again validated my theory that you have no respect for our coach whatsoever and all you want to do is blame it all on him. Coach Z should be more positive huh? He doesn't doesn't act positive towards his players, huh? He doesn't treat them with respect, huh? Have you ever actually been to a practice and seen what he does with his players? Have you ever been to the Friday morning team breakfasts and heard him build up his team and get them ready for the war that night? Have you ever been to the annual senior camp-out? Ever been to his end of the season cook-out? Ever read the weekly notes that he gives to EACH player and personalizes each and every one of them? Have you ever REALLY asked your son if Coach Z has had a positive impact on him?
Speaking of being positive, why don't you share your positive comments you made to Coach Z after the Chippewa game? Oh darn...I'm sorry we aren't supposed to talk about those things are we? (Shhhhhhhhh)
He needs to "play them at spots they're good at", huh? I always love this one. Please give me some examples of where kids should be playing at....PLEASE, I can't wait for this one. Remember, you can't use your little league coaching logic on here. Everyone doesn't get to bat and everyone doesn't get to pitch AND they don't get to go get ice cream after the game....win or lose. This is big boy sports now.
So the JV coaches should be our head coach? Wait...this year they haven't won as many as the varsity so I guess Coach Z can keep his job for one more year. Come on, man!
Coach Z has NEVER singled one player out and blamed him for a loss. That is a bunch of crap and you know it. That has NEVER happened and it NEVER will. That information had to be generated "on the fence" somewhere.
But I leave the best for last...your reference about the senior last year who threw his helmet down and quit "on the spot". Do you really know what happened that day or actually what happened the weekend prior to him "quitting on the spot"? That kid was "making a statement" wasn't he? This is the same senior who was then caught a week later selling an illegal substance at school and then expelled, right? Wait, it was ALL Coach Z's fault that he didn't mentor him enough, wasn't it?

Hunter86I don't blame anything on him..............you're the one twisting words here.
I complimented him on here for the turnaround & you slammed me for it.
Having a kid (or several) on your team using an illegal substance (written small just for you)
is something a coach should have a general idea of whether it's going on with his players or not.
Where were you when that was going on ? You should have seen it coming since you know everything !
Even when we were 0 and 10 we had a kicker for extra points.
No one can kick this year ?
Besides I wasn't digging on Z with the last post I was just word twisting.
That kid really did need a mentor last year & I did hear what happened, & not from the fence either.
As for the bulling comment it seems like a new low even for you to suggest it.
Another modern day political correct bunch of BS.
Please give me some examples of where kids should be playing at
Norwayne, Triway, Northwestern, West Holmes, should I go on ?

How would a coach really have a general idea of kids using an illegal substance? Do you not think if he had some type of proof he wouldn't have brought it to the attention of the administration?
You really have yourself fooled into thinking that you are supporting Coach Z but if you really looked at your posts, your negativity is beaming from them.
I want you to tell me specific positions that kids should be playing at on our team.....
-
1_beastI think i havve finally been persuaded to cheer for Central Christians football team the rest of the year. Wcalfan has almost just finished me. Anyone want my season tickets for the last home game?
-
Dr. KnOiTaLLMy gosh, you all are annoying. Quit QQing like a bunch of women. Let's get back to relevant conversation about the WCAL and not a bunch of whining about why your kid isn't playing or how the coach is the reason your team lost. 95% of the time, coaches put players in a position to win if the game plan is executed properly. Whether or not the team wins in based on the execution and discipline of the players. Quit playing the finger pointing game. This is a huge reason why our kids act the way they do these days. They see their parents pointing fingers and don't put the blame where it should fall. Accept the fact that some of your kids aren't doing the job and encourage them to get better.

Kicking would be a place to start.
Now for the other thing:You really haven't a clue why I feel the way I do. If you did you wouldn't be as nasty with your comments.
A little over 4 years ago I didn't even know the Waynedale varsity football coach.
Had absolutely no opinion of him good or bad.
I really think it would be in your best interests for me not to take my gloves off & tell you my real reasons for my opinion of your saintly coach.
I really was sincere with my comments about the turnaround this season.
I feel there's hope for him yet as he does seem to have changed for the better.
I really wonder what he thinks of you & how it affects his daily life ?
Enough of this, Dr. KnOiTaLL is right.
In the true scheme of things this is just a grain of sand in the ocean.

99bobcatdbMan alive I am so happy my kids are not in the waynedale school system. I am not sure if I could handle all the whining and crying.
Get over it and move on. This is a great football website but the waynedale crying over and over agian is getting so old.
i know I am nobody on this site but I can hardly read this anymore. I think there is a lot out there like me who are sick of it.
Talk about it face to face and stop loading up this site with a bunch of junk

Hunter...for the final time...your arrogance comes out the more you post. There's hope for him, huh? So you will finally admit that you really don't like Coach Z at all, right? He has changed for the better, huh? Again, you do realize he has the exact same approach to his players that he had 7-8 years ago when he started. There has been no change in his approach to coaching his players.
You did read KnOiTaLL's post right? 95% of the time it boils down to the kids executing and when they don't...do YOU encourage your son to do better or do you continually point the fingers at the coach? I think we all know the answer to that question....
