Still think I was Bull$#%ing you? I am sure you have read it by now. I don't think Mr. Dorksen gave us any more information than what we already knew.Bobcat;1579742 wrote:Since you know that Mr. Dorksen is going to address this in Sundays paper and it doesn't appear that he has announced it in any other way, we're gonna have to call Bull&*&% on this one. It appears that you are acting as his Liaison to the "Ohio Chatter" crew. So what else do you know? -

I didnt think you were BS'ing us that there was going to be a story on Sunday. I KNEW you were BS'ing us about not being Mr Dorksens mouthpiece. You were the only one that knew the story was going to be in the paper and when. Tell Aaron we appreciate the follow upOld Rider;1581543 wrote:Still think I was Bull$#%ing you? BobcatThe whole thing is pathetic. What was there to gain by all of this? All you have to do is watch the kid play and you know he's not a college football player. The fact is he played scared and just isn't very good. You don't have to be a coach or a recruiter to see that. That's what made this whole thing unbelievable. I just don't get what these people could have possibly been thinking.

jacoHey, it was an honest mistake. He just meant to say "my son is enrolled for class at Akron, and maybe he'll walk on next season." Somehow that was misconstrued to mean "my son has a full ride to play football at Akron and is obviously a superior Div. 1 athlete to everybody else in Wayne County." These things happen.
Seriously, how does this guy maintain a job as Athletic Director? It's embarassing. If he's this dishonest I can only imagine his work habits. And he has more kids coming up through the Rittman school system, doesn't he? I'm waiting for the Urban Meyer sightings at Rittman Elementary's playground. -

I have ZERO ties to Mr. Dorksen. Played some travel/league softball against him years ago, but thats about it. Dorksen has a DR email account...feel free to thank him yourself!Bobcat;1581570 wrote:I didnt think you were BS'ing us that there was going to be a story on Sunday. He stepped down as AD the same day he did coach. He is still the dean if students, which needs to be looked into. An for his kids, both of them transferred to orrville and are no longer a problem for Rittman. -
Slick RickExcept for his oldest son WHO REALLY NEEDS TO GO NEXT and quit acting like he knows how to coach when he doesnt. Where is this trading post author now who blamed it all on the parents for bill's departure? Who was lied to now? This whole thing was a joke and a circus and mr dennis played right along with the whole thing as well as the DR and Trading Post. I liked when dennis said that his son was his 17th D1 recruit in his 21 years of coaching. Guess he was lying about that as well.

Dr. KnOiTaLL
Just because a kid gets one of the thousands of post cards that are sent out doesn't make him a D1 recruit. Mr. Dennis must be mistaking each of the "mailers" as recruitment.Slick Rick;1581646 wrote:I liked when dennis said that his son was his 17th D1 recruit in his 21 years of coaching.
