  This team is so damn frustrating. Special teams was complete garbage, and penalties galore. Can't win that way. Gilbert was a horrid first round pick for a team that needs good players now and not a project.

  His ghost is still haunting this franchise as Pettine was the only coach so desperate for a job he would take it thinking he had to work with Banner. We have seen first hand now why the Browns were the only team that interviewed him.
  
  Jimmy needs to get his shit together and assert some control over this organization as Pettine/O'neil are running it into the ground and ruining what has been a productive offense.

  Let's be real, Haslem is a big part of the problem. He's a guy who inherited everything he has, is a criminal, and a Tea Party supporter. I don't have a ton of confidence he is making great decisions.

  A few observations. I blame Gabriel for falling down catching the ball on an 80 yard touchdown pass. Second week in a row a receiver falls down. Gabriel's faux pas cost the team 7 points in that the field goal was blocked. Travis Benjamin, what are you doing letting that punt roll? You can't be serious. The last 3 and out...bad, bad decisions on Shanahan's part. You come out throwing, not running. Baltimore is selling out to stop the run, throw it because one first down wins the game. Baltimore could not stop the passing game all day. Hoyer had his best game as a pro, but the 3rd down pass which ices the game was as bad as it gets. Horrible. 12 men on the field on defense, not once, but twice. Don't know who the d coordinator is, but he should be fired immediately. Way too much talent on this team to be shredded 7 games in a row, including the preseason. I like Shanahan, and I could only imagine how many 30 plus point games Manziel would put on the board RIGHT NOW. However, apparently Shanahan doesn't know the rules. The sleeper play with Johnny football was illegal. How can you not know the rules?And finally, time to cut bait with Gilbert. That pass interference penalty was as sorry of a play as you will ever see in the NFL. He stood there and watched the wide receiver blow past him and then grabbed the receiver's helmet when the ball got there.

  -Browns defense as a whole. This past 3 weeks are on them. Grow some fucking balls and make a fucking play. Even when they were about to make a play, they fucked up. I.e. numerous missed sack opportunities that turned into gains for the Ravens. How the hell do you let Joe scramble on you? LOL
  
  -West. I like him, but if you follow his instagram he is very dumb. Thus for the 2nd time in 3 weeks he fucks up a play call.
  
  -This is being picky, but I have no idea why gabriel was jogging on that long pass in which he had to dive for. There is no reason why that shouldn't have been a TD. Instead he he jogged, dove for the ball, and was stopped on the 5. As we know it resulted in a black FG. Which reminds me....

  I guarantee you the Browns would be 3-0 with Manziel. As it stands we are 1-2. And none of those games would have come down to a last second field goal.

  That and in both losses so far the coaching staff has shit their pants when they've had both the lead and the ball with 2 minutes left. Inexcusable.

  Buffalo finished 28th in run defense last year so this is clearly a Pettine problem.

  Pettine has compromising photos of Jimmy I am convinced.
