What was the deal with him in Philly? He pull a D-Rose all year?
  • gport_tennis
Had knee surgery like twice. Second surgery was on because he reinjured it bowling

LOL so you say that...then you immediately try and derail the conversation about the Cavs and make it about the fans..

You crack me up dude..you're like that kid who finally graduated college and thinks he's on top of the world intelligent, but when you put it into words on a message board, you put your fist right in your mouth.

But I will comment on your 2nd post...if you're talking about me...never did I say either of those two things. I don't think Lebron will come back, but I don't think those who say he is coming back are homers. I do think those who say they wouldn't take Lebron back are crazy because deep down everyone wants him back because everyone wants a championship in Cleveland...but I wouldn't say they're "butthurt"

No way I'd want him on a 3-4 year contract, even with team options. Dude won't play to his ability, and he'll take up a lot of cap room.
  • gport_tennis
Yea I'd really just prefer 1 year. Its make me nervous signing him long term

1 or 2 year deal I think id be ok with as long as he does a fucking work out for the team. Him saying he wont work out for teams is ridiculous.

I think it's just a huge indication of how immature he still is.

Just makes it seem like he has something to hide

Or that he is still hurting...

Rumor that the Kings want to unload Jimmer and Chuck Hayes to make room for Monta Ellis. Cavs are one of the teams they're looking at. Jimmer is essentially on a expiring deal (team option 14-15) but Chuck Hayes is owed $6M/yr the next two seasons. If we got the Kings to take off the protection to the 2014 pick I'd do the deal. Otherwise I don't want their trash.

Bynum supposedly meeting with Cavs today according to Mark Stein

Jimmer I'm intrigued by only as a spot up shooter to halp space the floor. I view him, right or wrong, as a JJ Reddick type. If Kyle Korver has value, so does Jimmer IMO.

Just came here to post this. 1 yr deal, sure why not.

Every elite team has a white guy draining threes. We need ours. Mike miller, matt Bonner, Steve Novak, steph curry. :)

Kyle Korver is on a whole different level than jimmer IMO.

UPDATE: There is new information about Andrew Bynum's plans for this week.

ESPN's Marc Stein, who continues to be on top of the Bynum story, tweets that in addition to Bynum visiting Cleveland today, he "has also scheduled face-to-face recruiting meetings in Atlanta & Dallas this week."

Stein adds that the Cavs don't want anything to cut into their 2014 cap space, so one year deal is the furthest they'll go. Just speculating here, but it sounds like any team that offers Bynum two years guaranteed will almost certainly land him. We'll keep you posted as there are sure to be more developments in the days ahead.
    ---

The Cleveland Cavaliers still have a good amount of cap room after agreeing to contracts with Earl Clark and Jarrett Jack and with that cash they may go after Andrew Bynum.

According to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, sources claim the Cavaliers "legitimate contenders to sign Bynum."

The Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks and Atlanta Hawks may be the only teams willing to offer Bynum a sizeable salary for 2013-14. All three will likely only guarantee one season due to his knee issues.

Should Bynum sign with Cleveland, he would likely begin training camp as a backup at center. The starting spot will go to Anderson Varejao.

not sure if troll or not

Per @MSchieman on airport run-in: "I was like, 'Andrew! [Bynum] Are you coming to Cleveland?' He looked me in the eyes and said "yes sir."

Sounds like someone else with Thadeus Gibson* ;)

As a cabs fan let me emphasize you don't speak for me. As for the lebron talk, shut me up with links to all these outlets reporting about him coming. Bear in mind speculation and theoretical stories will be dismissed.

All I'm saying is everyone claiming to have sources are extreme homers. And all the ESPN stuff I hear/read is strictly to create a story or generate hits.

How am I a homer? Maverick literally told us Lebron wants back in Cleveland. Should I ignore that?

Why? He literally said the exact opposite last time and he was right. He has no reason to lie to us, we aren't media or friend, just business associates (well I'm not shit lol).

Fair enough. Only time will tell, anyways.

Besides the point, he aint coming this year if at all. So lets try to make the playoffs and win without him. Bynum if healthy, helps. If not, it's just Dan Gilbert throwing away money anyways so what do I care lol
