My question for Colt doesn't have to do as much with arm strength as ability to throw in inclement weather. If he's going to have a long successful career in Cleveland, he has to be able to throw the ball well in high winds, rain, snow, extreme cold, etc. Keep in mind this is a guy that was born and raised in Texas and has played his entire career there. You don't see many successful quarterbacks in cold weather cities that aren't used to those elements unless they have a very strong arm or play in a dome.

To me that is the biggest question regarding McCoy. Can the Browns count on him to deliver in November, December, and January when it's cold and wet outside?

i want to play devils advocate here. i seen a post that the last two games of the season aren't a good mesuring stick for colt mccoy. why not? he will see those two defense's twice a year. he showed his lack of arm strength. i had a high dreams the first 6 games i seen him play but the last two brought me back to reality. i don't think he will be the qb to lead us to the superbowl. i really don't see it. do i think he is serviceable for this season? sure i do. but if homlgren and heckert see that (example) cam newton can be a stud here in cleveland. he is huge 6'6 250 pounds, just a freak of nature athlete, he is a ben roethlisburger type player with a great up side why not take him? do we have a shit ton of holes else where? sure we do. but, if they feel cam or any other qb is the guy then i wouldn't be surprised if he is snatched up. and of the all the qbs i do think cam newton is the best qb option out there. thank god heckert is the gm.

I'd be shocked if Cleveland took a QB high in this draft.

Too many other holes (more like canyons) to fill.

I agree they won't take one "high" in this draft....but Holmgren has said he doesn't mind taking a QB in the draft every year, most likely in rounds 5-7.

So...my girlfriend has been giving me the "business" about buying a new Chevy Camaro for over a year now. My girlfriend is also a FORMER Steelers fan (jumped off the bandwagon when Roethlisberger went rapin).

So I'm on Chevy's website last night looking at the colors and I say 'I'll make you a deal. I'll buy this Camaro under ONE condition. It will be orange with a wide white stripe, flanked by two smaller brown stripes (Cleveland Browns mobile) right down the roof & hood.

Apparently she wants a Camaro because she was cool with it. I'm debating whether I should really do it or not.

The "business" as in a midlife crisis moment? Lol

Nah, she's actually more of a car person than I am and has been a fan of Chevy since she was young. I'm more of a "as long as it gets decent gas mileage and the car looks good" kinda guy. The Camaro gets pretty good gas mileage and, although I am pretty big on saving money, there's no way in Hell I'm getting a Prius.

Ha...the business as in she wants one...gotcha, yeah a Browns helmet motif would really out her stance as a post Steeler fan allegiance. Lol, seeing your big ass crawl out of a Prius would cause more than a couple lulz...

How do you think I felt when I was in HS pushing 270-290 lbs driving my mom's Chevy Chevette to school? Talk about climbing out of a clown car.

The only issue I ever had with mine was losing the floor pan after awhile rendering it a Flinstone Mobile...nothing a couple old license plates couldn't fix. Keep the chipmunks fed and I was all good.

LOL. My mom almost killed me in that the 3rd day she owned it (brand new) I stopped by a bridge to check my muskrat, mink & raccoon traps and when I shut the drivers side door the window shattered.

And you KEPT the Steelers avatar? I'd have a picture of a dog shitting as my avatar before I kept a Steelers avatar if your bet with Capone has expired.

The Browns have released Shaun Rogers, John St. Clair, David Bowens, Eric Barton and Robert Royal.

Saved them $19 million. I would have thought that they would have tried to trade Rogers but with this clearing of cap space I have to thing they are going to try to be a player in FA.
