i only ran 3 today. I usually keep it between 3-6. Don't think my cortisol will be spiked from that. I like the effects of mid range cardio, I like having a resting heart rate between 52-64.BR1986FB;1610519 wrote:If you want to keep muscle on it might. :rolleyes:

Who said anything about long runs? 30 good minutes are plenty. The one thing new studies often do is end up confirming that the old ones were right all along.
