Johnny Manziel 2013-14 Thread

Manhattan Buckeye"I honestly think Manziel is handling all of this fairly well."
Handled what? Winning a trophy? The guy isn't a first round draft pick by any stretch of the imagination, and if he has any type of NFL career will need to make up for his lack of physical ability. -

Are you sure about that? There was an article on ESPN a few months ago about Manziel translating to the NFL. It was positive in that regard.Manhattan Buckeye;1474999 wrote:"I honestly think Manziel is handling all of this fairly well."

ESPN? lol, 'nuff said :rolleyes:Automatik;1475000 wrote:Are you sure about that? There was an article on ESPN a few months ago about Manziel translating to the NFL. It was positive in that regard. -
AutomatikI forgot. Internet forum nobody, 100% legit.
-
LJJemele Hill was on Mike and Mike yesterday morning and said that she thinks Manziel is fine, and that she gets the younger generation because she has a tattoo and used to have a tongue ring.
-
Manhattan BuckeyeIt isn't ESPN, but here is NFL.com:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-videos/0ap2000000218556/Top-50-prospects-Johnny-Manziel
In that entire video he threw one NFL-style pass. The rest of the time he was dinking and dunking (like many Texas Tech QBs, remember Kliff Kingsbury? - yeah he's back as a coach). And his footwork is terrible. -

#1 Manziel plays for Texas A&M not Texas TechManhattan Buckeye;1475007 wrote:It isn't ESPN, but here is NFL.com:

#2. Kingsbury isn't back as "a" coach, he is the head coach at TT
The only thing you did get somwhat right, which I am sure is purely luck, is that Kingsbury was the QB coach and OC at A&M last year -

Let's see here- ESPN owns SEC Network, NFL.com represents the NFL...hmmmmmManhattan Buckeye;1475007 wrote:It isn't ESPN, but here is NFL.com:

I get that, it was a comment about a system QB, whether it is Texas Tech or Texas A&M.LJ;1475010 wrote:#1 Manziel plays for Texas A&M not Texas Tech

Nice personal attack by the way, dumbass. -

WTF? You get some inaccuracies corrected, and you decide to start calling people names? Real mature.Manhattan Buckeye;1475012 wrote:I get that, it was a comment about a system QB, whether it is Texas Tech or Texas A&M.

Manhattan BuckeyeI posted a link that obviously shows a QB wearing an aTm uniform, and won the Heisman trophy, and you think I was talking about a Texas Tech QB? Do you have interpretation difficulties? I was talking about a system.
You can't be this stupid, did you really misinterpret my comment? I'm done private messaging people or else it would be a giant F you to you. -

Lol. Personal attack? Here's one:
Go fuck yourself, you high and mighty, self brag, fucking fuck. -

Wow..you get so defensive when someone calls you out on saying something incorrect. I would love to see how many scars and bruises your wife has, if she ever corrects you in real life.Manhattan Buckeye;1475017 wrote:I posted a link that obviously shows a QB wearing an aTm uniform, and won the Heisman trophy, and you think I was talking about a Texas Tech QB? You have issues man -
Manhattan BuckeyeAt least I understand other people's messages. I have no idea how anyone would think Manziel played for TT according to my post. LJ was completely out of line...sorry.

Manhattan Buckeye"Wow..you get so defensive when someone calls you out on saying something incorrect."
What was incorrect? -
LJBTW, I think this is the system and player that you would want to compare to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Case_Keenum+
You know, the guy that played under Manziel's current head coach and owns the NCAA record for passing yards, TDs and Completions. -
LJ
Because Manziel, nor Sumlin's system has nothing to do with TT's system. There was no reason to bring up TT, especially the way you did, unless you thought he played for TT. Even more evidenced that you implied that not only is Kliff Kingsbury newly back into coaching, but that you didn;t know that he is a head coach of a BCS program.Manhattan Buckeye;1475023 wrote:At least I understand other people's messages. Manhattan BuckeyeAnd it is similar to TT in the '00's, they have many things in common. The link I posted had video of someone that would be in that type of offensive system.
There was no reason for you to be a douchebag to me LJ. None. -
Manhattan Buckeye"Even more evidenced that you implied that not only is Kliff Kingsbury newly back into coaching, but that you didn;t know that he is a head coach of a BCS program."
What? That's even more confusing than your earlier post.
What on earth did I write that made even an implication that Kingsbury isn't a head coach, to my knowledge? -
LJ
Kinda, but Leach was a disciple of Hal Mumme and Sumlin of Joe Tiller. Sumlin is more of a spread and Leach is an air raid guy.Manhattan Buckeye;1475028 wrote:And it is similar to TT in the '00's, they have many things in common. Perhaps the funniest thing I've ever read on the OC. -

Do you not know how to use the quote feature? -
