You say you don't want a rematch but yet you defend bama I don't get it?

I would rather play OSU, but Bama deserves it.

According to realtimerpi: Alabama has an SOS of 13. Oklahoma State is 25.

Usually title games are between top 2 teams, not who you want to see. You would like to see Ohio State Im sure, but they arent one of the 2 best.

Im sure there are plenty of SOS sites with different rankings.

They are always hard to find, which I dont understand why there isnt a common one that most people use, including voters.

That's irrelevant to my question moron..I said no one wants to see LSU bama over LSU osu

The only way you'd want to see LSU bama is if u want to see the two best teams..which a) as a fan is really really lame and b) is completely subjective so no one even knows the true better team

Oklahoma State closed the gap on Alabama in the Coaches Poll big time - it looks like maybe a .045-ish lead for Bama in that poll when it comes to overall average, which is down from trailing by .11. Ok State had over 300 votes to make up in the Harris Poll, though.

Looks like it is going to be Bama-LSU. Nobody projecting OKSt to get enough votes in Harris poll to jump Bama
  • Crimson streak
Well if it's bama lsu I know I won't be watching that shit fest

If OkState doesn't make it, I hope they beat whoever they play in the BCS by 70 and Bama beats LSU 9-6 in OT in another 'too scared to run anything other than a dive so we don't blow it' game.

Sources tell me it's official: LSU-Alabama, the sequel.

I would rather watch LSU-Alabama because in my opinion it has more potential to be close and/or provide an upset than LSU-OSU. I like watching OSU's offense tear up crappy defenses, but I just think they'll be shut down by LSU and I prefer all the drama to be at the end of the game, rather than exclusively in the month leading up to it.

I agree it will be close because both teams have great defenses and terrible offenses.

It's unfortunate the site wasn't around in 2006, I'd love to see some of this years Alabama supporters opinions on an OSU-Michigan rematch that year.

Luckily, people didn't fall into the hype around the Big Ten having the "clear two best teams," they knew Michigan had their shot and didn't get it done(though at least they lost on the road unlike Alabama) and decided to see what would happen if the best of the SEC played the best of the Big Ten.

It's too bad people don't feel the same this year. Now we won't find out who the best team in the country is, just who the best team in the SEC is, and if Alabama wins, we won't even know that.

You know who I want to see play? I've said multiple times I want to watch Bama/LSU. Why do you think I don't?

That game was painful to watch and I'm a big fan of defense. It was filled with approximately 60 dive plays and 30 off-tackle plays scattered with a few 5 yard stop routes. There was nothing 'defensive struggle' about it. Just two teams that were scared to actually play for the win and settled for not being the team that screwed up.

    Yep.

Team A plays Team B and the game absolutely sucks

Why would you want to see that again? There's literally nothing interesting about that matchup again

    Don't watch it then.

How does VT get a BCS berth? Michigan fans should be happy though.
