Lets just say, I would listen to them over you. I can see where you are coming from but the computers are hurting Ark no matter what. -

LSU would also have to hope that Bama doesn't get upset, or they would be out of title game.cats gone wild;982839 wrote:Looks like LSU will still make SEC title/title game even if they lose to Ark. After alot of figuring out, LSU looks to be in a great position no matter what. Unless they get beat bad, which wont happen. -
cats gone wildHave you seen AUB this year. I dont think we have to worry about Bama getting beat.

There were a few teams last Saturday that didn't have anything to worry about either.cats gone wild;983915 wrote:Have you seen AUB this year. I dont think we have to worry about Bama getting beat. -

Yeah, but every other conferences bad teams would be SEC East champs. The SEC is terrible outside of 3 teams. Auburn is garbage and might not win any games in the Big 12 except maybe against Kansas, but probably not.FatHobbit;983932 wrote:There were a few teams last Saturday that didn't have anything to worry about either. -

Wait a minute, you just said UGA is one of the SEC's top 3 teams on another post. Try backing out of that.dwccrew;984165 wrote:Yeah, but every other conferences bad teams would be SEC East champs. Yeah, one of the SEC's 3 best teams. Every other conferences 8th best team. Derpcats gone wild;984175 wrote:Wait a minute, you just said UGA is one of the SEC's top 3 teams on another post. Try backing out of that.
He has to since LSU really only has one quality win and that was a fluke over Bama.superman;984213 wrote:Says the idiot who has cited Auburn as a quality win for LSU several times this year. -

Oregon wasn't a quality win? If Bama and Oregon aren't quality wins, no team in the country has any quality wins. -

I counted Bama, even though it was a fluke win.karen lotz;984450 wrote:Oregon wasn't a quality win? If Bama and Oregon aren't quality wins, no team in the country has any quality wins. -

Do you wanna compare LSU's wins to anyone else in the country? Yeah, thats what I thought. And you are a complete joke if you think LSU is at the bottom of other conferences and 4th or farther down the list in the SEC. I guess the WHOLE country is clueless in your eyes. Do you want to make any bet for the LSU/ARK game? You truly are sleeper with another name.dwccrew;984357 wrote:Yeah, one of the SEC's 3 best teams. Every other conferences 8th best team. Derp

You can do your own research or watch ESPN. Its not hard to find.GOONx19;984461 wrote:The computers currently have Arkansas 4th. Would that not improve if they won Saturday? -
GOONx19Or you could just type it yourself in the amount of time it took you to reply to that post. I don't care enough about average football teams to do it myself. Doucher.

MulvaSouthern Miss will beat Houston in the C-USA championship and Boise State will make the BCS.

You think TCU is going to get beat, Boise is going to get to #4 or Boise is going to get an at-large bid?Mulva;988326 wrote:Southern Miss will beat Houston in the C-USA championship and Boise State will make the BCS. -
Azubuike24Good point. Now that I think about it, TCU is the conference champion, which will preclude Boise from getting the non-AQ "top BCS ranking" spot. This will go to Houston if they beat Southern Mississippi and if they lose, it would throw it out the window as no non-AQ champion will finish in the top 14 of the BCS standings.
Could the BCS still take Boise since they are co-champion (even though they lost head to head)? -

Haven't found any confirmation on this, but I don't know why the MWC would name TCU its champion on a head-to-head tiebreaker when it would mean losing out on BCS money for the conference. I have no doubt that Boise would go to a BCS bowl in that case and TCU would still go to the regular #1 MWC bowl.Azubuike24;988479 wrote:Could the BCS still take Boise since they are co-champion (even though they lost head to head)? -
Azubuike24Credibility of the conference if TCU won on the Blue Turf...then again, it's the BCS, and it's big money for the MWC if one of their members gets a bid.

Found this from 2003 because I was wondering the same thing but I can't vouch that it's up-to-date. http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/schools/mwc/genrel/auto_pdf/Football.pdfenigmaax;988486 wrote:Haven't found any confirmation on this, but I don't know why the MWC would name TCU its champion on a head-to-head tiebreaker when it would mean losing out on BCS money for the conference.
Head-to-head is the tiebreaker. -

But that is for the normal bowl selection. They don't have a reason to break the tie for BCS purposes. TCU goes to the #1 MWC bowl whether Boise goes to the BCS or not. I just don't think the MWC would say, "well, TCU wins the tiebreaker, so they are our BCS candidate" when they won't be eligible. I believe they'd call it a tie, expect Boise to get the BCS autobid and TCU would still get its rightful reward in the #1 MWC bowl (I don't even know what that is anymore).lhslep134;988534 wrote:Found this from 2003 because I was wondering the same thing but I can't vouch that it's up-to-date. http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/schools/mwc/genrel/auto_pdf/Football.pdf
Head-to-head is the tiebreaker.
None of it is likely since TCU probably is going to have little trouble with UNLV. But there would be no reason to use a tiebreaker in that scenario since doing so/not doing so doesn't affect TCU's bowl. -
cats gone wildClemson does the normal Clemson choke job. Hyped again, but fail for another season.
