Oh I get it. There are different levels of criminal credibility, and if they have dirt against OSU, they are not credible. But against Miami, they are. -

That was the first time I posted that, jackass. -

2nd time on that page you posted a little jab at OSU
We get it -

Grow some thicker skin you crybaby. -
Terry_TateHoly shit is easily the best way to describe this. Unreal how much detail they have in this one. No doubt this is the 10 they were referring to when the Tressel thing broke. Will be interesting to see what happens with the NCAA.

No, a white collar business criminal with substantial evidence versus a street hoodrat naming players without any proof. Do you think they're different types of criminals? Or are you just stupid. -

It's just hilarious to hear you cry out "i'm not an osu hater, i just post facts!!" yet time after time you are caught trolling OSU...I mean, OSU has absolutely nothing to do with this thread, but there's webfire bringing them up. I could literally could care less about what you post, but when you say you dont troll osu then post this crap, someones gotta call u a cocksucker -
WriterbuckeyeThis is the same schtick Web pulled on the OSU threads. He feigns ignorance at a point you make or simply ignores it. Classic trolling.
-
chicago510If this was a 10, then OSU was a 1 or a 2.
OSU was nailed on the Tressel thing, but as far as the allegations on players beyond the Tatooed 5, no hard evidence has materialized that we know of.
This Miami thing is documented evidence of repeated, willing lack of institutional control towards players receiving thousands and thousands of dollars in illegal benefits. I don't think we've seen anything like it since SMU.
This picture alone is damning, and hilarious.

Not the point. Not even close. -
SportsAndLadyIf this isn't trolling, idk what is
And I could literally care less about people who troll OSU..you'll never see me bitch about trolls/ I could care less. But when you bitch about being called a troll, then troll, I'm gonna say something lolWebFire;864468 wrote:This story doesn't mean anything. The source isn't credible because he is in jail. Right? -

Just pointing out the hypocrisy. Call it what you want. -

I never said anyone was out to get OSU. We got what we deserved. And you must be insane to not see the difference between the hearsay and corroborating evidence. Show me the Yahoo page documenting the benefits OSU players received? -

I've actually seen a couple places where people say this wasn't even the 10. Though it may be now. -
WebFireSome of you sallies need to settle down. Good God.
-
WebFireFunny thing is, I wasn't even the first one to make a snide remark. But I'm a Michigan fan, so I must be a troll. Hahaha.

You're being exploited, it's okay web...just go watch some tv or something and come back tomorrow morning and we'll all forget about your obvious trolling on this thread that you are trying to cover up and spin it on us as being "worked up" -

Nah, I knew there would be a reaction. I guess I trolled in that sense. But the difference in trolling and what I am doing is that I believe I have valid points, and am merely exploiting OSU fans' hypocrisy. -
chicago510Anywho, two things.
1) Al Golden must feel like shit right now. If I'm him, I resign tomorrow.
2) Bet Mizzou is glad they hired Frank Haith. That hire made no sense at the time, now it looks awful. He is probably going to get canned soon. -
SpeedofsandI think the UFL may be looking for a new commish. I'm reading more parts to this story. Shapiro is a bitter rat.
It really is Luke pt 2, lol.
The booster told Yahoo! Sports he had a number of individual payouts for “hit of the game” and “big plays.” He also put bounties on specific players, including Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow and a three-year standing bounty on Seminoles quarterback Chris Rix from 2002 to 2004, offering $5,000 to any player who knocked him out of a game. -
chicago510Here's the inherent problem in the NCAA.
None of these guys are going to pay any punishment for this. Most of them are already rich and in the NFL. Most of the coaches named are gone.
Shapiro is in jail on unrelated charges, he has nothing to lose.
The kids who will pay are the current players and coaches who likely had nothing to do with all of this. -

..He had also donated $50,000 to the basketball program in 2008, complete with a photo that Shapiro says summed up the entire problem at the university. In a snapshot from that day, Shapiro is talking into a microphone, with Haith – a coach the booster allegedly helped to buy a recruit – looking on and smiling. In the background, University of Miami president Donna Shalala is grinning at the check Shapiro had just donated, a $50,000 contribution that he now admits was Ponzi money. -
WebFire
It'll be interesting to see what he does. Do you quit now, knowing you'll be a hot candidate in 4 months? Or do you stick it out a year, take the money, and see what happens?chicago510;864641 wrote:Anywho, two things.

As a KU fan, this has been great for me lol
Reading Missou boards right now, it's split 50/50...hes innocent or fire him
It's funny to watch them fight with each other over it. -

I'm 99% sure it is. Charles Robinson said the last story would hit around August and is a 10 no doubt. This is it, and I'd say he backed up the 10 without a doubt.
