Calling out sleeper

ND 6 wins or less, a thread must be created by an ND fan on this forum with the title "ND is terrible, sleeper is right"
The text of the thread must be "Bring back Weis, at least he gave us a "close loss" to USC"

ND 7 wins or more, I will never post on any thread with Notre Dame in the title.

    Any takers?

I'm starting to regret not recording predictions to call people out on now. Next year at this time the whole first page is just going to be me railing at fools.

Knowing sleeper he'll come on here when he sees this thread and he'll post something becuase he likes to read what he writes. But I'm interested to see how he spins this and how he tries to wiggle his way out of this one.
  • karen lotz
kramb, head on over to the ND season thread to see how he is spinning it.

Here's his "wiggle" from the nd thread

When he first showed up on that thread after ND sealed their 7th win of the year...this was his backpedal...

sleeper;579054 wrote:You have to win your bowl game, I don't like your chances. LOL
sleeper,579054 wrote:Also, ND will NEVER beat a good team, ever. USC sucks, and so does ND.

Sleeper ol' buddy...I think they got ya dead to rights man. Props were given to the Domers who changed their avatars, be as big as they were. You always got some funny stuff so just PM it to me and I'll see to it the needle gets inserted.

Ya, give the guy more attention. You play right into his little games. He won again. Congrats.
  • Skyhook79
Its a sad day for College Football when Notre Dame fans are calling people out because they won 7 games when given their easy schedule they should have won 10 games minimum.

How's this thread any different from LJ's calling out the Florida trolls on here? You didn't seem to mind that one.

Anyways, sleeper didn't win. Even OSU fans are poking at him. He deserves it since he refuses to man up. Nobody is saying ND is good because they're 7-5. There's no beating of the chest by ND fans. This thread is to point out a troll who went back on his word. Although I'm not surprised. I knew he wouldn't do what he said he would.

Easy schedule? Sagarin has it 22nd, whatever link was posted by an OSU fan to defend OSU's schedule yesterday had Notre Dame at #1. 11 out of 12 opponents would be bowl eligible if not for sanctions against USC and the only team that wasn't bowl eligible wasn't Eastern Michigan but a Big Ten team. It is a really sad day when someone who knows nothing about college football comes to the defense of someone like sleeper.

Yeah it's really going to suck next year because pretty much everyone will start doing this. Mulva if I could find the post I made you could call me out if FSU loses this weekend. I said at the start of the season they would win the ACC lol.

My POINT, is the guy is a complete GOOF. So why even respond? Its just a little game for him on here. Its comical why anyone even replies. All he is doing now is sitting back LOL'ing at threads like this.

This isn't a call out on simply a prediction. There was a bet made, just like there was between myself, killer_ewok, and Sherm and I think One Buckeye. The reason there wasn't a call out on that one was because we were the ones to man up and ask what we needed to do to satisfy the bet. We didn't go dancing around the topic like a ghey.

sleeper has lost this bet, clearly. It shall be enforced.

Sleeper is awesome. I can't believe how blatantly homerish and assholeish he is and people still get their panties in a bunch over his posts. He definitely won again.

I get what you're saying but...with all due respect, some of those guys being called out on LJ's thread are complete goofs and are probably sitting back getting a kick out of all the replies.

It's attention for them, but it's negative and at their expense.

Did ND under perform this year? I don't necessarily think so.

Facing a tough schedule and dealing with injuries to crucial positions, I think they under achieved their lofty expectations created by some fans but mostly haters, but for the most part I think they showed necessary strides under Kelly, especially with that win over USC.

Sure it doesn't mean as much to beat a rival who's not as good as they've been, but ending an 8 (it's 8, right?) year losing streak to someone who has caused a lot of frustration has to be season redeeming.
