    Okay!
Sorry you can't handle honest criticism. If I want to talk to someone like you, I'll just turn on Fox News for 10 minutes and my mind will be equally as damaged.

Before the nominating conventions people were completely free to select among the candidates completely for their support or even to stay out of the process. But the nomination of Donald Trump to the Presidency of our nation presented such a great existential threat to our representative democracy and even our survival as a nation, citizen were required to act.
Anyone who did not vote for Hillary Clinton failed in their duty to our nation. If they voted for a third party candidate, if they chose not to register or to vote, if they voted for Donald because they hated Hillary, all failed our nation. 65, 853, 516 adult American citizens did our duty.
You're applying personal, subjective opinion to the population at large. You might bend a different direction, but you're essentially doing precisely what you claim to be so afraid of at the Executive level.

It is amusing that you insist on shaming people for taking part in the representative democracy, all while claiming that their doing so posed a threat to our representative democracy.

Vague? I am the only one on here that is able to update my views with new data and I've proven that given my post history. Let me know when you want to be unbiaed and objective rather than circle jerk complicity by voting 3rd party.
I wasn't libertarian when I started posting on the Huddle. I've changed my views on a host of things, not the least of which are political in nature. I still do change views on things from time to time, but only when I hear a position that stands up to scrutiny.

And I have to admit that I chuckled at the notion of voting in the same pattern that people have been voting for decades ... which created the monster we're dealing with here ... being the "unbiased and objective" option. I'm complicit in neither Trump winning nor Clinton losing. Just as I wasn't complicit in Obama winning or Romney losing.

As for the vague part, that wasn't intended as an insult. My apologies if it came across that way.

A condemnation of Donald Trump is hardly personal and subjective, but based on a knowledge of the long term consensus values of our nation. Donald Trump violates a nearly infinite number of these values plus demonstrating on a regular basis a level of incompetence that endangers our system and ourselves. The overwhelming majority of these difficulties would not have been found with any of the major candidates of either political party. I am a registered Democrat but a Romney, McCain, Kasich would not have. Even someone as callow as Rubio or even as fanatic as Cruz would not have shown this degree of threat and incompetence. And it was all out there to see in the campaign. Little Marco and Ted Cruz, son a Kennedy assassin according to Donald Trump.
We live in a free nation, so far. We have free will. People chose not to vote for Hillary Clinton. They deserve to be shamed for it. It is too bad we all have to suffer the result of their vote. It is the way things work so far. Democracy is the worst form of government in the world except all the others.

That line of discourse is really a non-starter as that can be said about both candidates.
Gosh a ruddies, right. Isadore is all I have ever been on here even when some of the more fascist mods suspended me.

And that line of discourse is a starter, given the beliefs and actions of Donald.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/16/world/middleeast/israel-trump-classified-intelligence-russia.html?smid=tw-share&_r=0
The classified intelligence that President Trump disclosed in a meeting last week with Russian officials at the White House was provided by Israel, according to a current and a former American official familiar with how the United States obtained the information. The revelation adds a potential diplomatic complication to the episode.
Relationship ruined. GOP condones this by their inaction.

1.) Is there only one state-sponsored church in this country?
2.) Does US law require you to learn, study and live by the Bible or any other book of faith?
3.) Are you forced by law to tithe?
4.) Which democrat "leader" has very recently supported the idea that free speech should be curtailed or silenced altogether?
5.) Is free speech an American value?
6.) Name me five democrats in DC who uphold American values, while at the same time isn't insane by the fact that Trump is the President?
(I'll help you out with this, you cannot list Feinstein, Pelosi, Schumer, Waters and Warren)
Gosh a ruddies, I sure don’t like to interfere in questions meant for sleeper. He is obviously an intelligent and well read individual who could easily dispose of these “have you stopped beating your wife questions?” from some Bible Thumping reactionary source. But let me take a look at a few.
1,3.As to question one, we have many and we tithe toward them. We allow them tax exemptions and we do not tax church property. By letting them avoid taxing we favor them, giving them state support. And all tax payers no matter if we are members of the church have to pay more taxes (tithing to them) in increased tax payments. They wish to have church schools, which they should definitely be allowed. But tax money is used to provide them with books, buses and other items. And now many states are allowing them to collect vouchers for students taken from tax money. That provides funds for their faith. Heck an do we have any atheist chaplains, I guess we are supporting theism.
    2. So many laws over the years. It was not that many years ago there were still “blue laws” on the books that required Sunday closings. When we look at so many of the laws about personal conduct, especially sexual, which are finally disappearing off the books. But we still get a little reminder of them with these so called “religious liberty” laws which legalize discrimination.
3-4. Gosh a ruddies a party leader wants to free speech curtailed or silenced altogether. Wants to end all free speech, every comment by everyone inspected and controlled. Wow now that would be something.
    6. Anyone who does not see the threat to our system from Donald Trump is either “insane’, moronic or complicit.

Are Isadore and Sleeper the same person? Sure seems like it. I think Isadore was Sleeper's original liberal character. Then when Trump came on the scene, Sleeper couldn't stay on the right (which if fine by me - glad to have you), and so he converted the Sleeper character to a liberal one as well. Now the Isadore and Sleeper characters are friends - until they have a "falling out". It reminds me of a professional wrestling storyline where guys go from heroes to heels to heroes etc.

gosh a ruddies what a busy little beaver Donald is, back in February trying to get Comey to shut down the Flynn investigation and now giving the Russians, Israeli intelligence.

Sorry about using the word beaver around Donald, although in this usage he would have to grab himself.

gosh a ruddies, there is what is said in public to a country that provides 3.8 billion dollars a year in military aid and there is how and even if the Israelis will continue to exchange intelligence with us. Given it will be handed over to an idiot.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/16/us/politics/james-comey-trump-flynn-russia-investigation.html
President Trump asked the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, to shut down the federal investigation into Mr. Trump’s former national security adviser, Michael T. Flynn, in an Oval Office meeting in February, according to a memo Mr. Comey wrote shortly after the meeting.
“I hope you can let this go,” the president told Mr. Comey, according to the memo.
How much longer is the GOP going to support and condone Donald Trump? When is the GOP going to choose country over party?

Yeah because our allies are going to say out loud that they can't trust the completely incompetent buffoon in the White House. Thank God we have a guy like H.R. McMaster in there to hold fast as Trump continues to make a fool of himself.

The GOP should impeach this buffoon. I would much rather have Mike Pence as the President at this point.

Sounds like the FBI will receive a subpoena for comey's memo. Putin apparently is willing to share the transcripts between trump and the ambassador. This is the closest we will see to impeachment depending on what is in that memo imo.
