  I hope he resigns and confesses one day on why he actually decided to run for office. That will still never make sense to me. Go from making billions to being the most scrutinized person in the world for a fraction of what he was making.

  And it kind of sounds like the Russia/Israel thing is another fat nothingburger, with the real damage to national security done, again, by the venerable NY Times. Seriously, when it comes to Trump that newspaper is the National Enquirer.

  Golfing has always been kind of a meme - who cares if he he plays a round or two on the weekend? You can easily work 80 hours a week and still play a few rounds of golf.

  I think it's probably the only "exercise" he gets, so it's all more of a joke as it has been with every POTUS. Someone who exercises like 40 minutes a day is the exact same amount of time as 1 round of golf.
  
  Fair enough on the costs. I've just never gotten seriously upset over a few hundred million on Presidential travel when these guys are running TRILLION dollar deficits.

  If Trump gets put out of office, I seriously have to wonder about Pence at that point. I honestly didn't pay much attention to him at all, and still haven't, because I never had intentions of voting for him/Trump. Guess it's time to check out what he's all about!

  I think the main reason he ran was to power the Trump brand. Most stuff he does seems to be more to get attention than anything else. He prefers to govern from one of his properties instead of the White House and often comes off as more concerned with touting himself and yelling about real or perceived slights than actually accomplishing stuff.

  Makes me wonder where Bases Loaded went, since he always was great on keeping people updated on how Obama was playing golf instead of doing president stuff.

  I remember hearing rumors that he was going to launch a cable news network, which would have made his campaign one giant promotional push. And that makes much more sense than any of the other theories I've heard. Might also explain why he pulled O'Bannon into the mix.

  Yeah, the alternative was Hillary. Blame Dems for not giving us viable options other than Killary and Weird Uncle Bernie. Blame Repubs for ignoring several quality candidates and nominating Trump.
