Sorry, I root for Bauer but I still have issues with him after that crap.

Don’t like for guys to have a life, huh?

Mark me down as another guy who was pissed at Bauer for hurting his team in 2016.  You are in the midst of a WS run.  Be boring as fuck for that month if that is what it takes.

Yep. Not much to ask. Don't care how he wants to live his life (in the offseason) but don't do anything that can hurt the team.

You can injure yourself walking down the stairs or making dinner. He's flown drones daily for years and never hurt himself. Why would he think that working on one would lead to injury? That's just silly.

I guess a drone hobby is more fun than winning a WS...

Might be to Bauer. He's an odd one.

Because he is allowed to have a hobby outside of baseball. This isn’t skiing Everest or RVing in the African Safari. It was fixing a drone that he wanted to fly. The guy is allowed to have a life outside his profession.

I’m probably the longest suffering Tribe fan on this site, and I hold nothing against Bauer. In fact, the image of him on the mound, blood dripping from his finger is symbolic for the adversity that the team overcame to get within one hit of a  World Series  Championship.

That Series could  and should have been won at so many different places by so many different players. Accidents happen . You can’t always prevent it... you can’t plan for it. Hell, Bauer could have sliced open his finger cutting into a steak.

Good lord, Hits, adversity? They had a great season, made it to the WS, and lost. Period.

There is an option and incentives which could make it $36 million over 3 years

IMHO ... a ridiculous amount considering he has been hurt and pretty much average the past two years.
