I just think his game will translate better in the NBA. He is all on his own with that team.

What? He was, again, the best player on the court. Where was he exposed? He is an athletic marvel with an insane ability to hang in the air and find the open player. An amazing passer combined with his ability to posterize someone half a foot taller than him...and then drain step back 3s.
Zion is a freak, and I wouldn't be upset at him at 1. But Morant is about the perfect 2019 Point Guard in the NBA. 6-3, athletic and can score...give me him all day.

Maybe 'exposed' wasn't the right word, but IMO he's a cog to a good team that's missing a PG to become a great team. Magic couldn't even survive one season with Lebron. This is why I can't get on the Dan Gilbert hate train as some Cavs fans do. At least he did everything he could do and spend a lot of money to win a title. Has there ever been a coach, owner, or team exec that Lebron got along with (coach K doesn't count)?

I think you have a point but Magic also has a history of abruptly quitting things when it's not fun for him anymore (coaching, NBA countdown show, etc)

Cavs hired University of Cal-Berkeley head coach Lindsay Gottlieb to assistant coach position. First time a female college coach was ever recruited to fill a coaching gig in the NBA.
