From what I'm gathering, Bitonio has been "ok" at LT while Corbett has been pretty underwhelming at LG. Sounds like their thought process is that if Bitonio is a 9 out of 10 at LG, but a 6 out of 10 at LT, while Corbett is a 5 out of 10 at LG, you're better off sliding Bitonio back to his natural spot if you feel you have a guy who can man LT that is better at that position than Corbett is at LG.
He said he made his decision earlier this week so what is he waiting for to announce it?

He is going to trick the Steelers and screw up their entire game plan!!!

Bitonio could be the guy but I think it's going to be Desmond Harrison
I think that would be a colossal mistake, par for the course with Hue. You're telling me that Baker isn't good enough to start #1 overall pick, but an undrafted rookie who is light in the ass is going to start against the fucking steelers week 1 with no reps with the 1st team? lolk hue, you fucking pinhead.

Completely get it. I think Harrison was their LT all along but got sidelined with injuries.Played well against future UPS drivers but facing the first unit is a different story.
Don't even get me started on Baker when the NYJ's have Darnold starting because he "gives them the best chance to win."
EXACTLY! What a crock of shit. Also, oline experts love to tell you about how oline need to gel, yadda yadda, then they throw in a 280 lb UNFA in at LT against the steelers? The fucking nerve of that even being discussed is enough to talk about firing hue's fucking ass.

I don’t get why everyone is up in arms. Moving bitonio back to guard is smart. The Steelers are weak inside. If Harrison can hold his own I’m completely fine with starting him. And having our interior line just beast the Steelers inside

I think the point is the way it's being handled. If Harrison is the guy, give him 1st team reps and stop playing penisflickers with out best Olineman in Bitonio. Also, an UDFA is better than the 33rd pick in the draft? What's going on there Dorsey?

I don’t think it’s a knock on Corbett as I think they like him at center as it is bitonio is so much better at guard than tackle that it’s not worth moving him there and taking away from the strength of the o line. I can see the reasoning behind it and also the weather Sunday could play a factor in it as well. I’m not going to go all bash hue on this and Harrison has worked with the first team for about 2 weeks now. It’s not like he didn’t work with them at all and they are just throwing him out there

That's actually not true. Prior to the game in Detroit (where it wasn't even the team's full 1's) Harrison has gotten zero reps in camp with the 1s. The only time he could be getting time with the 1's is this week, right before a game against the steelers. It's very stupid, I appreciate you not trying to be chicken little here, but it's an unforced error IMO.

I think Corbett will be the center next year and they will move on from Tretter. If Corbett isn't going to start, my question would be "wasn't there a LT option available at 33?"
Three things:
1. Corbett better be a fucking stud center.
2. Yes there were solid LT options on the board at 33, most notably Jamarco Jones from tOSU
3. Harold Fucking Landry or WRs options were sitting there staring the browns in the fucking face. You don't take a god damn back up swing guard/C at 33 when you win 1 out of 32 games. We totally shit the bed at 33 and 35 in the draft IMO. Neither are starting (Corbett and Chubb), and neither are elite players. Then looks like we wasted a 3rd pick in Chad Thomas, this draft backhalf ain't looking all that great.

I was just about to post, can't we wait for at least 8 regular season games, before we cry and play the "what if" game?

I started bitching about the picks immediately. Don't need to wait to know they were bad picks, ala Brandon Weeden & Trich.

If it's any consolation, Joe Thomas said that Harrison will be a "starting LT for the next 10 years."
Joe Thomadamus also thought Shon Coleman would be the LT. LOL

So if Corbett becomes our center for the next 8-10 years are you still going to bitch?

As for Harrison, can we please wait until we actually play a game before complaining? And he was working with the first team the week of the lions game and then this week.

Depends on how well he plays at center. Also we tried to get him to play LT, then LG and he's been below our expectations there. It would be nice if we find a place for him on the line, but would have you rather a decent Center or an elite pass rusher in Harold Landry? No brainer to me.

I've seen him play. He graded a decent LT against a shitty Lions backup squad. I don't understand why you're trying to talk yourself into a the decisions. You can be excited about the Browns and think they're on the way up while also remaining objective about certain dumb decisions the proven incompetent HC is doing. Doesn't have to be 100% one way or the other.

You can’t say he’s played below expectations when he hasn’t played a fucking game yet lol preseason means absolutely nothing.
