Where do NY Jet supporters and the "Bill's Mafia" fall in your fan/trash level anaylsis?

Not familiar with that because it's not a rivalry.

Technically, Browns/Steelers is no longer really a "rivalry." I'm not in Pittsburgh every day but when I go to the grocery store on Sunday morning (here in NE Ohio) and see some yeehaw wearing a Steelers hat, a Steelers sweatshirt (with cutoff sleeves, bare arms with his coat hanger "Steelers" tattoo), his Steelers "Zubaz" zebra striped sweatpants and his piss towel hanging off the waist of said Zubaz. along with the Joe Dirt haircut, he just might be white trash.

Like I said, I really don't have an issue with the people of Pittsburgh (proper) but the farther you get away from the city, the trashier (and louder) the "fans" get.

I suggest not getting so triggered by what hilljacks in Ohio are wearing.

You'd be appalled if you saw where I'm from. Camo and WVU gear, LOTS OF IT.

That's expected down that way. I'm assuming the Steubenville area?

Yeah there are a lot of trashy Steelers fans, no doubt about that.   Not everyone can be the definition of class like browns fans.

We've been down there quite a bit lately, going to Wheeling Isle. Pass Cabela's all the time. Driving to that casino seems a little iffy to me. There's a Burger King on the corner where we turn to go to the casino and it always looks like there's a "deal" going down under the bridge behind the Burger King across from that cigarette place that is all over WV. Always tapping my foot waiting for that light to turn green, waiting to get carjacked late at night.

The guy who went to chain steak houses in Chicago is trying to talk about class...

Sorry man, I see a lot more Browns fans than I do Steeler fans (even though my area is infested with Yinz) and the ratio of trashy Steeler to Browns fans is probably at least 20:1. The Steeler fans that I see around here probably hear "can they fit this trashy stereotype any more than they do" to which the locals say "hold my beer, watch this." I'm not going to say there aren't fellow Browns brethren that are embarrassing, because there are, but the local Steeler fans hold up to all of the stereotypes.

Not the Browns, Steelers got you rattled that is for sure. BOOHOO!!

Lol what?

Steelers don’t have me “rattled” it’s just incredibly annoying to hear people yell for a rule change because it went against the precious Pittsburgh Steelers.

Steelers-worst fans in the world to just admit they lost instead of blaming it on other factors.

Vast majority of the Steelers fans I know believe the right call was made and it hinged on BR.  Even the Steeler fans on here are saying the same.  I realize you love to rip us and that's fine.

Good luck to ur browns as they can close out strong with 2 wins.

I’m not speaking on here but in my area of my life it’s Bengals fans (when they were a playoff team most years)

Also....in my same area, Steelers fans are mostly embarrassing and no little about football.

Growing up in the 80’s in SE Ohio....Browns fans were incredibly annoying, way worse than the Bengals (who were very good for a nice portion of the decade) Browns defense was great but also seemed very dirty. I guess thinking back a common thing among some of the great defenses is a seemingly dirty, try to maul you tackler or 3. I thought Browns were dirty then....looking back now I just think how loaded and great they were and how the hell they never won it all.

Why would you go to that casino when you have much better options in PA? That place has gone to shit, a total cesspool. Abbey's is a good restaurant on the island though, that's about it.

Those people under the bridge are just bums. They don't have the sack or know-how to properly carjack someone lol

Also Ironman, are you also from the Valley?! How did I not know this.

Only time we go there is if we hit something at the Meadows we'll zip down there (30 minute trip) because they send me a lot of free play. Otherwise, we're not making a trip specifically to go there.

Do you all think the NFL will have chips in the ball for goal line and 1st down plays before MLB will have computer called balls and strikes?

On the end of the steelers game I'm wondering why the 2nd down play was not reviewed, the 2nd down between the over ruled TD and the interception.  Seemed to me the receiver going for the sidelines lost the ball when he hit the ground and it was the same or less time between when the ball hit his hands and the collision with the ground compared to the one that was over ruled.

I’m about 2 1/2 hours from there. I sit here about 40 miles from WV and also Kentucky.

The footballs already have chips in them, and the field is a giant grid of XY coordinates, but as of now they can't do Z, which is a huge hold-up in the technology.

The chips would solve very little I believe.

Steelers still seething and it's time to let it go.  They coild very easily lose this one against the texans   I'll never forget the Steelers, a 2 td favorite, losing by 3 scores at home to the texans even though the Steelers gave up less than 50 yards total offense to the texans.  Most bizarre game and stat line I've seen....out gained them by over 400 yards

Considering how easily they can track the path of a baseball in all MLB parks, I'm surprised they haven't figured this out yet.

Dalton to start afaik.

McCarron will probably finish either because of injury or blowout.
