Seems like a dumbass law, especially with no carve out for rape. But I still think it is a state issue until a federal law is enacted.
Seems to me like the Democrat controlled Congress should try to pass a law that gives a reasonable amount of weeks (12-15?) with carve outs for rape and whatever else. But I assume they think that isn’t progressive enough.
From what I have read of the Ohio law an abortion on this 10yr old girl would be permitted in Ohio. Risk to life and impairment of a major bodily function. I am sure the vast majority of physicians would agree. Something smells.

I OBVIOUSLY believe that girl shout have been able to get it taken care of and that the Ohio law is too restrictive to not allow exceptions for cases like hers.
