There are CLEAR violations of law.  You had sec's of states running end runs on their state legislatures enacting election rules that only the legislatures can enact.  They were ILLEGAL acts.

Nope. None.

You know it is a bullshit lawsuit when even the other Texas Senator says, "I frankly struggle to understand the legal theory of it. Why would a state, even such a great state as Texas, have a say so on how other states administer their elections?" Cornyn asked. "I'm not convinced."

Also, the Texas Solicitor General Kyle Hawkins, the state’s top appellate attorney and a former clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court, didn’t sign his name to the filing.

The point is, if certain states permitted illegal votes it nullifies the legal votes of all other voters in all states, and all states would be affected if the election outcome would be different.

Nope. Otherwise, other states would join the lawsuit if they bought that rational. They and a lot of other Governors, including Ohio, do not follow that line of thinking.

The entire premise is bullshit too because there are no illegal votes. None. No evidence. Zero.

If this argument had any validation, it would have wider support...it thus does not.

17 states is not “wide” support?  GTFOH.

Less than 50% there bro. So, yeah...

The facebook lawsuit is an example of wide support...

Like 50 failed lawsuits say otherwise.

You're on the right side of the larger argument, but the "only 17 states" defense is weak.

Let me add that it is not even the full support of those 17 states as in several Governors and legal officials have not offered their support to it. Utah for example is a part of it and their Governor is not supporting it.

Since when is 50% some marker for "wide support"?

My guess is that 75+ million people are represented in that suit.  That a big enough number for ya?

I believe it is 22 states now, including Ohio.

Actually Yost's filing with the Supreme Court is a singular filing by Ohio.

On one hand, I'm so damn tired of this election bs.

On the other hand, it's probably a good thing in the long term for this to play out. Obviously some states need to get their shit together if they want to continue having mail in voting. So, I can see why people are pushing this.

It has been news for 2 months or so that there was something going on with the Biden's. Every "news" media from Politico to NPR to CNN said it was a nonstory that was implemented by Russia. "Nothing to see here". Now, all of a sudden, it is a politically explosive story, to quote exact words.

I have to wonder if the media actually knew it was a story but just sat on it, or if they kinda knew it was going to be a legit story but were too emotionally invested into "muh orange man bad!" to get up off their asses and have a look.

I admit to being a terrible person.

But I love watching the progressives that voted for Biden have meltdowns, wetting the bed and rolling around in their own shit pants because of the people Biden is choosing for his administration.

It's divine.

This will easily go down as the worst and most corrupt presidency in this countries history (minus maybe the government killing JFK)

Is all of this nonsense in both 2016 and 2020 anything more than overgrown children crying "no fair" because their side lost?

Not quite. The AG has not fully signed on to the Texas suite, just his own as Quaker said. Even then, the rest of the state Government is not fully on board, like the Governor.

I have also kind of enjoyed the Progressive meltdown after some picks, like the SECDEF pick. Former General Lloyd is a fine pick actually.
