There are screencaps of some of the guy's (Cuban democrat) old tweets being very anti-Trump, accusing Trump of being racist, etc. He said he did call her "a selfish [expletive]" but he never told her to go back where she came from. Witnesses who were actually there are coming forward and saying that it was Erica Thomas who told him to go back where he came from.
She is walking back her own statements now and he's talking to lawyers exploring a defamation lawsuit.
Now, he did confront her in front of her little kid, which is a dick move - because being in the wrong lane in a grocery store doesn't really warrant that kind of behavior imo.
She wants police to charge the guy. I don't know what her charges would be, but here we are. She basically wants charges brought up on him because of how she feels.
Tim Pool covers this extensively in several videos. Here are some:

Hmm I haven’t seen an update since they did the interview together. Fill me in. And u are actually caring, like right now
I find it very amusing when people get caught making up lies, especially based on race. And even more amusing when the media goes all in believing it, only to be made looking like fools again. Her entire story is a lie, she made up what he said, that she “feared for her life”, and she was the actual aggressor.
And whoever said he’s dumb for doxxing himself, I’m glad he did, otherwise this news story would have continued and her entitled ass would be plastered all over the news about how Trump’s America is so bad.

Everything I see they both look like pretty big idiots, havent found anything pointing to either one telling the whole truth. His defense is yes I called you a bunch of names but never said go back to Africa. Have any other witnesses came forward? Where are you getting this info
This article has the most info and video. She also admitted he didn’t say it. She came forward, crying, to get attention and it backfired. Then she kept doubling down and even had her lawyer there (for what?). She’s a clown.

Meh that doesn’t assert what you are saying but I can agree she is an idiot and he should have minded his own bu
What have I said untrue? Should he have minded his business, sure. But getting called a bitch isn’t news or police worthy. The rest was a hoax to gain sympathy and political points RIGHT AFTER Trump said go back to the 4. Is there not enough real racist events in this country that people have to resort to making them up?
And even if he did say what she said, why the hell were the police involved.

If he didn't slide over, he was definitely being petty, but you can absolutely calmly call someone a bitch. Not sure that is really a matter of rationality, but I can see practically as many reasons to do it calmly as not to.
Basically, this was a verbal altercation that she tried to rebrand and turn into a political chess piece, and it's backfired horribly, since it's shown her to be lying about the circumstances and about using similar racially tense language as the president directed toward a Latino man.
If her political career comes out of this unscathed, it won't be as impressive as Trump surviving the "grab 'em by the pussy" comment, but it'd probably be the most impressive dodge since then.

I think the funniest part or the story is that she is pregnant wearing a planned parenthood t-shirt. (Stolen from the comments) I don’t want like that to accuse me of stealing jokes
You're starting to learn. I am proud of you.

Good breakdown. If she comes out of this unscathed, it will just further prove the left is full of shit when they pretend they are the standard for the moral high ground. Northam is another easy example that comes to my mind.

SO... the progressives are calling Tulsi Gabbard "conservative" when it comes to her foreign policy. And that she's as good as a republican.
Um, wat?

Sure. Biden, as well, for how little blowback he's gotten from that half-assed "apology" where he really just lamented that the days are gone in which you could touch or kiss a woman without consent.
Then again, the Republicans did spend a few decades claiming the moral high ground with the "moral majority" and "religious right." Since then, a lot have thrown their support behind guys like Newt Gingrich and Trump.
No party gets to claim the moral high ground anymore. Any of them that try are blowing smoke not-so-delicately over the voting public's collective ass.
