Come on man.

So as rats, do they need exterminated?

Seriously man, listen to yourself.

I am talking about the corrupt rats in local political leadership that shovel a pack of lies to their constituents for money and power. We got them right here in rural Ohio as well.  And yes they need exterminated in the political sense like voted out of office.  An unexpected national political spotlight on their fiefdoms will send them scurrying.

Jumping to the extermination?

I'll give ptown the opportunity to explain himself.

looking at all the soundbites from last night.....it is crazy that you actually have dems that look and sound appealing in Delaney, Ryan and Mayor Pete but they are drowned out by wacko crazy Bernie, Maria, Indian girl.

Trump will slaughter the far left.  I think the others could stand on stage with him.

You must really have a soft spot for Baltimore, to keep defending that shit hole.  The two best parts about Baltimore are the train station and airport, because that means you are leaving.

I watched most of the debate last night.

Seemed to me the moderators were setting up everyone to tee-off on Bernie, and they did.

I actually was pretty impressed that Hickenlooper, Bullock and Delaney were moderates calling out the other for their bullshit and stupid ideas.  A LOT of lying on healthcare, and then Warren and Sanders hit back with "how dare you parrot Republican talking points".  SMFH

Then on Colbert, of course, he makes it seem like those guys were idiots and Bernie won the debate.  There's no room for sanity in that party.

Oh yeah, about the rural Ohio part. Where the only things that matter are (a) that you know the right people and (b) you're gonna keep things just the way they are -- stagnant and passed by by anything resembling progress or economic development. Unless said development is "We done gots us a new dollar store!!!!!" which is a "positive" because with the lack of development, that shit is all that a lot of people can afford. Well, that and meth.

There for a while it was advanced loans places - which are nothing more than legal loan sharks.

Both democrats and republicans gave up on promoting job development in communities/states long ago. Even tax funded union type jobs. And the democrats have figured out that instead of rolling up their sleeves and getting back to this that it is easier to just say that people who make coffee and sometimes make a little design with the cream "deserve" to make $15/hour. The sad fact is that both republican and democrat voters fell for it.

Advanced loan places were all over the place about, what, 10-15 years ago? Like, my town of 3K or so people had 2-3 of those things at least for a while. Might as well just demolish every house to put up a town-wide trailer park if you're gonna be that trashy.

Apparently it is controversial in 2019 to say you shouldn’t raise your 3 year old as a transsexual. FFS

Hell, when I was 7, I pretended I was a mutant iguana.  My parents played along when I was, but they obviously didn't decide to raise me as one.

Now, I'm not saying it's the same of course, but the point is that kids that age don't have a well-developed means of defining their identities yet.

Moreover, since a child can't really articulate the nuance of transsexuality at that age anyway, how are they determining this?

Fucking stupid.

Yeah and when they need more funds they don't even need to ask the voters for a tax increase.  The county auditor can just send out his goons to discover a concrete patio that likely existed longer than I have on this earth and raise my property taxes 50%.  In the private sector people go to jail for this kind of shit.

Wtf happened to Colbert? He actually used to be fair and down the middle.  Trump also broke his brain apparently.

I am not sure if it's Trump or if it's this thing with democrats that they need to go out of their way to protect, deflect and defend anybody that isn't white and/or republican. They've been building up to this for years. Just look what Ptown misconstrued and accused Sparks - it even happens here lol

Hey!

Don't limit it to the rural parts.  That's about the same here in the Akron city limits, too.  Anything that goes through the political process is about as effective as dry-humping a doorknob.

Holy shit, Like That; PFTcommenter did another blog on a debate and this one might even be better than the last one for laughs per line.

Besides all of the misspells and grammatical errors, I thought this was hilarious! I'm just going to give the writer a pass for being drunj.

"Hex Pistol" (Marianne Williamsom) - probably the best pun I've seen this year.

lol, the misspells and grammar errors are his schtick.  He started his career commenting on PFT articles to mock all the commenters.  Now he is a co-host of the #1 sports podcast.  He is a pretty smart dude.

the lies and deceptions.....OK, pharma and insurance made $72B in profits last year....it's a $2.5T industry, so getting rid of them saves like 3%?
