91 Grad of Iggy and the reason I know so much about Big Red and your coaches is that my uncle is a Graduate of Big Red and I have to listen to him and my cousin brag about how great they think you are and who they think will take over when Reno decides to retire. -

This is classic SOS right here. Opens by calling someone or thing desperate. Then immediate clings to the accomplishments of the junior high football team. That entire post smacks of your desperation SOS.sonofsam;413699 wrote:I will probably get banned once again for posting this, but it IS warranted...
Harding leaving the BMAC is a DESPERATE attempt to get kids into Harding. We ALL know how it works. They have to transfer in 8th grade to be eligible. What happened with Big Red and IC playing 8th grade this past year? Not only did we beat you, but we both had cancellations during the SAME week and we contacted Big Red to see if they wanted to play again... The answer was NO. How many times has our 7th and 8th grade beat you then you turn around with a team full of skilled position players and laugh at us? It should honestly be all of us that are laughing because without them you are mediocre... Your just the same as the "sub par" teams in the area that beat you. So does a 7th or 8th grader make the decision to transfer to Big Red after they see they are going to play Massillon???? I was 13 once... I remember becoming a teenager, somehow playing massillon wasn't even a thought? Funny how things all the sudden become first priority, isn't it? Especially at age 13...
Those times that we beat you through the 7th and 8th grade years was great... Kids against kids. Pure football. But then they become freshmen... "open enrollment" all the sudden lured in HOW MANY kids? They lost to lowly IC?!?! I though we were crap? We are scum, we are sub-par, we were not worth picking us up for a game during a week we were BOTH free to schedule who we wish because it would REALLY look bad for Big Red to get beat by IC twice in one season... "Open enrollement" might not attract the players Big Red needs.
Here is a thought... Steubenville has the best of EVERYTHING in this area. Hands down, can't despute it because their fans declair it... Prove it... 3 years is ALL I ask. I'm sure Big Red could spare hat with their immaculate record. Many B8 teams could use an opponet, so actively seek them, get rid of your open enrollment touchdowns, and lets see how you do... Make me eat my words... -
ManO'WarThe funny thing is he was wrong about IC beating Harding...which makes his whole argument go down the drain.
-
Strapping Young Lad^^^SOS wrong???? I AM SHOCKED.
-
GoChiefsAlright...lets not turn this into another p*ssing contest please.
-
war_admiralThis thread was fine before Homefield
attacked the Big Red Nation.....and we will DEFEND THE CRIMSON & THE BLACK!!!! -
GoChiefsDefending is cool..nothing wrong with that. That wasn't an issue..but then SOS started getting called out with borderline posts. That's what I'm referring to.
-
war_admiralGetting called out because his borderline post had ERRORS in it! See that's what we do. We defend the statements/posts against the Crimson & the Black. How is that a p*ssing contest. And you'll note he climbed on the bandwagon bashing of Homefield's post.
-
GoChiefsNotice..I said 'let's not turn it into one'. Meaning...I'm trying to stop it before it gets started. We all know how SYL & SOS can be. Just trying to prevent it. And the 'borderline' part was directed as being 'borderline' of the rules. It was edited out before you seen it. Defend your statements/posts all you want, I don't care, as long as it's within' the rules.

Look who has decided to join us for a lesson on who is the elite team of the state,One of JJ's finest. When you started posting your insults toward everyone in the state and pounding your chest after beating massillon last year on JJ and yappi and talking about Iggy as if we were some low life team and you could roll thru us because we are all hype but we would never schedule you because we were scared to be beat by the little Red is when I decided to start this conflict. -

You are correct. I was mistaken on the year. My years run together. You beat us both grades this past year. It was the previous year when the game ended in a tie and we contacted Big Red for a re-match, which they declined. I apologize for my mistake.
And as far as a p*ssing contest, I'm not interested. I know what STL is as well as everyone else. Its just not worth the time to see what pot he is stirring. -

This is the last time you will get a reply from me... I had to reply to this statement because I am wondering where you even came up with this? Why am I desperate? Desperate for what exactly? When have I ever "cling" to the accomplishments of the Jr. High program?!?! It just makes no sense? I guess I will just wait from something to go BOOM like dynamite in my face... LOL -

war_admiralI have never posted any such thing either on this site or others about beating Iggy after the Massillon game. So don't lump me in with anyone else and put post on me like that. You better go check my post history (see War_Admiral) on those other sites. I'll bet you I even called some of our Big Red Nation posters out for doing it.

And what happened with that same group last year? The Big Red frosh went out to Indian Creek and beat them on their homefield. That is the difference in the programs. Big Red's players get better as the years go on, while IC's stay the same.sonofsam;419924 wrote:You are correct. I was mistaken on the year. My years run together. Can you honestly tell me that if Doran Thomas would have come to Big Red as a freshman that he would not have been a much better player??? IC has some talent, but it never gets developed fully.
Big Red on the other hand, takes kids that may not have that much raw talent, and puts them in a position to excell. -
ManO'War
It was the Massillon fans that said Big Red was a better team against them.war_admiral;420043 wrote:I have never posted any such thing either on this site or others about beating Iggy after the Massillon game. Looking at "Homefields" post history, I doubt very much he is from Iggy anyways, since all he talks about is Big Red. -

Just plain BS and dissrespectful response, why don't you ppl just come down to reality...Big Red just has better overall numbers. If you have more kids your gonna have more talent and also the Steubenville Tiger program helps Big Red out tremendously ....Your comments are missguided and stupid!!!!!!!!!! -
Hip Hop/Logicbomb@ SOS Stop worrying so much about Steubenville, it seems as though your obsessed with them. I could give a rats behind about SHS Football...just worry about what your school is doing and accomplishing and don't let the belittling of arrogant fans bother you. They speak nonsense to get a response from you..thats all ,plain and simple. I mean honestly what does Big Red football have to do with ICHS?...not a damn thing
Just remember this “Arrogance diminishes wisdom” -

Like I have said in the past you have some arrogant fans that give you a bad name with other teams in the state and because I voice my opinion and happen to be from a real powerhouse that must mean that I am lying to you about my schooling and where I played because nobody should be allowed on this site that can out shine your mighty Big Red and I really don't care what you think of me or my team because I know the truth and you just can't accept the fact that someone from a better program would want to dispute your findings.I have a lot of information and know all about your program from my uncle and cousin who like to brag about your school and their accomplishments to me every thime we visit the area and I figured that Iggy is a powerhouse that should be mentioned in your area since your fans like to talk football.I will say that you have been very nice and not arrogant on Yappi lately and I am wondering how long that will last.
I may eat my words this year as we will be struggling to win more than 6 or 7 games with our schedule and lack of returning players but we shall see how it works for us. -

Its not an obsession, my obsession is with IC. I just refuse to have comments just like the one you thought was out of line be said without someone sticking up for the school, coaches, players, and teachers. Doren Thomas is IC's all time career rusher, He will take his talents to Muskingum where I hope he is able to stay free of injury. Had he not been a lot of his Junior/Senior year, he would have broken a lot more rushing records. There is a new face at running back this year and he may surprise a lot of people...Hip Hop/Logicbomb;420225 wrote:@ SOS Stop worrying so much about Steubenville, it seems as though your obsessed with them. Where are you desperate??? How bout where you act like the score of a middle school game is anything important. Beat Harding all you want. IC couldn't beat BIG RED one out of a hundred times, b/c by the time those kids get to high school they are so much bigger, stronger, faster, with more heart than anything IC has ever put on the field. But, I guess its b/c they transfer in that way. My bad.sonofsam;419931 wrote:This is the last time you will get a reply from me... Wonder what happens to the superhuman skill of our transfers when they are beat by Creek in basketball. Funny, you aren't crying then. On the basketball court (a game that requires great skill and athleticism they are equals so to speak). Same with baseball. Mysteriously only in football would Big Red eternally own IC. I'd still love to hear you give a theory on why that is, SOS. We steal all the great athletes via recruiting from the poor "little guy". But the "little guy" can still compete with our Ohio Valley all stars in every sport but football....
