Just don't wear Dover stuff or they will spit in your food.

Will definately try Naples. Thanks for the recommendation.
Looking forward to a game between two programs rich in tradition.

Cool and Im sure they will love to see some Dover people eating at theyre place . Yes this will be a very good game . have fun
  • Coach_Cleats
On the way home, I'd stop at Capri, great meatball and sausage sandwiches across from the Holiday Inn on University Blvd. I wonder if bases_loaded ever stopped there after legion games.

LOL You know the deal . Best sausage sandwiches around

Thing about Steubenville ,we got some good places to eat for sure . You would think we were Akron's size.
Yorgos on 4th st in downtown is another great place if you like authentic Greek food . They got some killer Gyro and Greek salads and the huge bake potatoes . Its good stuff . We know a few things in Steubenville . eat, drink, and play football.LOL In Massillon they put a mini football in the newborns arms. In Steubenville they ought to put a mini box of DiCarlos pizza and a baby bottle that looks like a wine jug in the baby's arms LOL ...

Highly Unlikely !!! Nice laid back place.

I love all these post about how bad Steubenville is. Just from this thread you would think Steubenville was on the show Gangland! I doubt anyone gets batteries pelted at them while the security guards just sit back at watch or any cars get towed.

You had to use the C word to a guy living in Florida and can't get it here. You are evil. lmfao

Capri's was a must stop, especially when I had a certain 6'4" Italian first baseman w/ me on the ride home from Vaccaro. GOAT meatbol sandwich.
  • Viking
Red Rover, red rover, let Dover come and get (Big Red) Rolled over!

I nominate Viking for the Triple U, for posting this not once but twice in this thread.

Why, is Big Red paying Creek to come play ?
  • JRock211
Don't they pay everyone to come over?
  • Rebel_ I.N.S.
    It over for Dover. RRR!!!!
  • Thinthickbigred
This game should be every year . I think Dover and New Philly would be a good add on to the OVAC also.
  • Mr.Bighead
This is no walk in the park for the Red for a first round game. Good to be tested early I guess.
  • dover2092
Big Red's advantages for this game: Death Valley atmosphere, intimidation factor, power running, size (lines), strong defense
Dover's advantage for this game: nothing to lose....

Or you guys could've just joined the ECOL and played them plus Zanesville and still had 5 games against non Ohio teams....
  • ManO'War
And traveled all over eastern Ohio for basketball, girls basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, softball, track, tennis, golf....

    No thanks.

    You may anyway. LOL

Let's see, if Dover was in the OVAC, the could also thoroughly beat two out of the top 3 teams (Brooke and Morgantown) and be ranked 4th like Steubenville. Don't worry, I am sure that the teams in front of them with loses were to teams better than Ursuline and Massillon. I mean, how else could that happen? Only in the OOOOOOOOOOVAC.
