BR1986FBSounds like Irving's preferred destination is the Knicks. Unless a third team gets involved, I don't see that happening.

They best be giving up Porzingis.BR1986FB;1864366 wrote:Sounds like Irving's preferred destination is the Knicks. Unless a third team gets involved, I don't see that happening. -
SportsAndLadyThey're not giving up Porzingis, so might as well tell the Knicks to fuck off.

I would lol as hanging the phone immediately as they said to porzingy.SportsAndLady;1864381 wrote:They're not giving up Porzingis, so might as well tell the Knicks to fuck off. -
friendfromlowryThere doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there for trading him. The Kings, Bulls, and Pacers all got fleeced with trading Cousins, Butler, and PG. So I wonder if teams are offering trash for now. The Cavs need multiple players who will keep them competitive in the finals this year but also something to build on after 2018.
Also, don't they particularly need a point guard out of this? Wasn't backup guard to Irving a need last year? -

This is the issue. The Cavs need two, ready to play, stud players in this haul and one should be a PG. I can't see this happening. Had heard a proposed three way between the Knicks, Suns & Cavs where the Cavs got Melo & Bledsoe but no idea how that would work.friendfromlowry;1864386 wrote:There doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there for trading him. As mentioned, Porzingis isn't going anywhere. NYK's whole reasoning for wanting KI is to pair him with Porzingis. Plus it's sounding like Melo is locked in on Houston.
I just don't see how the Cavs are even going to get 90 cents on the dollar if they move KI. Couple that with the fact that it sounds like the NYK's are his choice so teams may back off AND the fact that KI's already given the impression he just wants to be a Russell Westbrook (chuck shots, win MVP's & don't give a shit about championships) is going to send up some major red flags to teams looking to win. -

BR1986FBUnlike his previous stint, it sounds like Lebron is actually trying to recruit players to join them.

BR1986FBThis guy is spewing garbage. In this three way scenario, how does this make the Cavs better by moving Love? IMO, adding Wiggins & Melo, while losing Kyrie & Love makes them worse....

Anybody see this shit?
I'm not sure I have ever had such a quick change from really liking an athlete to absolutely loathing them. Oh, and Steph Curry is still a little bitch and I hope LeBron literally beats his ass at some point. -
BRFSad.

BR1986FBNow Kyrie's in a wedding video, with Steph Curry, making fun of Lebron's off season workouts? This guy can't seem to get out of Cleveland fast enough. It's a shame these grown men are acting like Real Housewive's.

Unfortunately, with the sheltered/pampered world they live in, a lot of these young players can't be defined as 'grown men'...they're still going through their 'high school juvenile antics bs' stage.BR1986FB;1864665 wrote:Now Kyrie's in a wedding video, with Steph Curry, making fun of Lebron's off season workouts? Curry is a punk. He gets a pass because he looks like a damn little kid.
On the flipside, I think there's more to this than meets the eye. As has been mentioned, I don't think that LBJ is without sin in this Kyrie fiasco. If the rumors are true that LBJ went to the front office right after the Cavs won the title and requested that they trade KI for Chris Paul, I'd be pretty salty towards Lebron too.
It's just funny how, out of nowhere, KI has suddenly pulled this heel turn.
Like I said, more than meets the eye. -
Commander of AwesomeThoughts on this trade? This feels like the Wiggins for Love deal, where we had to wait for the deadline to pass to trade Wiggins.

Unless they can get a third team involved to get two stars, I can't see them getting much better than that....assuming the Suns agree. I'd feel better about that deal than a Melo for KI along with some draft picks type trade.Commander of Awesome;1864860 wrote:Thoughts on this trade? I'd prefer a Wolves trade involving Wiggins tho maybe he's redundant with JR Swish. I would love to get a big back that could punish GSW when they went small ball, but maybe that deal isn't out there.BR1986FB;1864861 wrote:Unless they can get a third team involved to get two stars, I can't see them getting much better than that....assuming the Suns agree.
