But do you have one of these? (not talking about the jacket, but the "look" of your people)

I know. It's a given that the look is standard Yinzer fare.

    Totally!

What's next? The fat chick in the Steeler gear? That always gets 'em good!

Nah, she's preoccupied with Ben in a bathroom stall.

Jesus, if this is true, I hope Scheiner isn't going to have a say in selecting players. That worked out SO well with Joe Banner....

At least it's not quite as bad as putting on a dog mask to be seen in public.

Umm, yeah...not so sure about that. Pittsburgh is a walking stereotype. Essentially, West Virginia North. Stuck in an 80's time warp with their "women" sporting the Peg Bundy hair and the Donnie Iris lovers rockin' the mullet.

Although I will say dog masks and cheeseheads are stupid.

Yeah, because you don't see any of that shit in Ohio. lmao....delusional.

It's two fanbases that share a border (and overlap a lot), but one of them is a pure stereotype while the other isn't!!!!!!! LOL.

Not even close. Pittsburgh is like a different world with their "yinz" and "yunz" Appalachian speak. This also cracks me up in that you're both FROM Ohio, not Pittsburgh, correct? So why the fuck would you care what Clevelanders think of the Pittsburgh native?
  • Automatik
I think you need to step the fuck out of the casino and open yours eyes my friend.

Also, a fun fact, a lot of people in Ohio say "yinz."

I look at it as something that's more amusing than something to care about. That sort of "on the field, we got nothing...so we'll try to save face by pretending we're superior as people!" kind of thing.
  • Automatik
    Yeah, I'm outraged!

Don't need to "step outside the casino" in that I'm in that city enough to see the simpletons.

Meh. I don't like stafford. He's obviously better than any other QB we've had or currently have. But not the answer.

I'd rather lose out draft a top QB and don't fucking miss.

“There are many in this building that believe the [head coach] gets too personal, too invested in his beliefs and immediacy to take necessary steps with some younger talent which may not be what he wants.

“Pettine never wanted [Johnny] Manziel from [Day 1]. He certainly didn’t want him, did not want to deal with bringing him along after Manziel’s issues in his first season. Pettine was directly involved in [Justin] Gilbert being here, but was turned-off rather quickly, didn’t like how immature the young man was and he’s never been too receptive in seeing the young man through. You see this type of issue throughout the ‘playing’ roster.

“Pettine plays who he wants, when he wants and how he wants, which is within his rights — some within these walls believe that may not be what is in the best interests of the Cleveland Browns as an organization overall. Some in this building believe Pettine has made some playing decisions to spite Farmer.”

I don't know Megatron's injury situation but if he can't do it with him, he's not doing it here with this group of scrub WR's.

Fact: All Steeler fans are mouth breathers.

On Stafford, somehow or someway I just assume he ends up a cowboy. Behind that line I think he'd be really, really good.

He is exactly who we knew he was. Petty, entitled, inflexible, and breath-takingly arrogant.

Every day he is around this team at this point is another day of regression.

He should probably go back to coaching high school with his boy O'Neil where the mean girls routine he's running right now is more effective. He's so out of his depth right now it is scary.

If he didn't look like a Goldberg impersonator dude would have been run out of town long ago. People give him a benefit of the doubt he doesn't deserve because he "looks" like a football coach.

Jimmy needs burn it down. There is just no other way right now.

Enough about how steelers fans are fair weather yinzers.

Has Polian ever said he was done working in the NFL, because if not I would be giving him a call right now to replace Farmer as GM during the bye week.

He's 72 so I'm not sure he'd want to take on such a daunting challenge. Would probably be the death of him.
